I leased the wagoneer a few years ago. Ever since I got it there has been nothing but problems. Ive taken into jeep service routinely. The last time was to fix the heated seats that turn off after a few minutes. They said it was fixed, to no avail its not fixed. I took it on a vacation a few months ago and every single light came on while I was driving and the message that came up was no abs system and 4wd unavailable and half the time cars media sceen doesnt work along with the entire media system. Today it did it again. This morning when I was driving to work I was doing 40 mph on a barren road, and the car abruptly stopped like I was going to hit something. Thank god I wasnt doing 75 on the highway or else it would have been a major crash. For the money that I have spent on this car, things like this should not be happening. Low and behold I cant wait to get rid of this truck. At this point the truck is just dangerous and wind up killing someone. I emailed stellantis and got no response and emailed the sales manager at TC. My email said the message went through, but i got no response.Review from Lucila G

My recent encounter with *************************** JCDR of Levittown left me utterly disgusted by the blatant lies and disrespect a service **** could show a customer. Despite reaching out for assistance, I was met with nothing but incompetence and deceit. Multiple service representatives misled me with false promises and misinformation. When making my appt, I was told the required software updates would take a couple of hrs. I decided to leave my car the night before so that my car would be there first thing for my 7am appt. I got a call from ******************* at 8:12am telling me my car wouldnt be ready till the afternoon. Unfortunately for me, no one called. At 12:05pm I called and spoke to ******* who told me he couldn't give me an exact time because the entire service **** was out to lunch. The next time I spoke to Stavros I was told my car need to be there till the end of day (5pm) for my updates. Please explain to me how a couple of hours of work became a full work day. I have about 10 yrs of ******************** experience and am fully aware of how service advisors and mechanics cushion their hours to extend the work time to get paid more. Why would they bother to work on my car for barely 2hrs when they could lie and get paid for much more from Jeep? This is called fraud and I have called Jeep to open an investigation. I lost a day of work because of their lies. This is 1 day where I wont get paid because of them. Not only do I feel lied to but I was completely disrespected as a customer. Especially by the service worker *******************, who had the audacity to call me after speaking to ******* and tell me very rudely to come pick up my car if I didnt like their time estimates. As we tried to explain on the phone, the updates needed on your vehicle do take a couple hours once in the shop. Since you were a drop off appointment, that does not guarantee that your vehicle goes into the shop at the exact time. I understand that your gauge of afternoon was 12 noon on the dot but we cannot guarantee that these updates will be done at your desired time. We tried to explain this to you but you kept hanging up on our staff before we could finish. The shop can become busy and sometimes repairs take longer than normal, thus pushing back other work. These updates need to be done through a drop off appointment only to allow the needed time to get the right technician, get the vehicle into the shop, and complete all work needed. We would have explained this but our staff kept being hung up before they could finish. Thank you.Review from Samantha R

This place had a thief working there and knew about it. *** from the service center was scamming everyone out of there money told them he was giving them a brake when in reality he was stealing money and service. I brought my car there where he told me there was **** dollars with of damage to fix but he would do it for **** cash 2 days before Christmas I had to agree and took the less price cause I didnt have it I had to take from my childrens gifts. To later find out that *** pocketed the money and the work done to my car was only **** and the service center had *** arrested and fired for theft of service but when I came in to retrieve my car they said my bill wasnt paid and harassed me to pay it saying I cant have my car unless I did even though they knew what *** was doing and still allowed him to do this to people and then they didnt even have any remorse for the customers in fact have been treating us all like we are the thiefs they are a disgusting business horrible service and I hope ***************** gets removed after this for his intolerable behavior and a general manager to customers who are victims of employees he has working for himReview from Tood B

I had an ongoing issue with my Jeep 2016 grand Cherokee ****** miles. I brought my vehicle in on two occasion (1) first time for brakes back in early 2023 and mentioned shifting issues.(2) early July for the shifting issues which I was told it was just a software issue.Upon pick up after renting a car for a week down at enterprise the same bad shifting was there. This Jeep had a few months left on the 7/100000 warranty and they thought just by not tending to the issue and buying time they would get away without fixing it. I took the Jeep to a transmission expert and he showed me that the the transfer case was failing. I decided to let him do the job with *************** instead of going back to TCJD which clearly didnt want to do the job in the first place. I spent a total of $5400.00 for the replacement of a transfer case and an extra $700.00 in rental car fees. So much for getting an extended warranty.Customer Response

Upon speaking with *********************** on 3/12/24 TCJeep Dodge Chrysler. **** stated that they are not responsible for their employees actions and I will not be reimbursed. So when approaching this dealership enter at your own risk.Review from Debra C

Horrible customer service. I took my Ram **** Pick Up in about 3 weeks after I got it because the hatch on the back opened about 2 times and I lost tools on the parkway. When I took my truck in, someone in the service ***** told me that I did not close it hard enough, what a joke because about 6 months later there was a recall on the latch. My shock on my truck is leaking and I made an appt to get it repaired. I took my truck in, after calling in the morning to reconfirm. Can you believe after taking my truck in that evening to get the shock fixed, they told me they couldn't order the piece...so why not tell me when I called. Ridiculous Than they tried to charge me over $150 for steering wheel and brake fluid..I mean seriously, I was there to get my shocks fixed.Than they had the nerve to ask me to leave them a good review..how! I am driving with a truck that has a leaking shock that they never ordered the piece for and they had over 2 weeks from when I called originally to make my appointment. BUYER BEWARE!!! Dishonest ..They're cheats and scammers nothing but lies from them. Horrible customer service and wont take responsibility for their actions. They sold me a 2017 Jeep Renegade knowing it didn't have AC !! The top salesman ******* who prides himself as honest who admitted he made an honest mistake!!!!???? Really !! Oh , but remembered to tell me the car doesn't come with cruise control!!!!! As a top salesman wouldn't you know your inventory? his manager and *** the maintenance/parts **** all of them!! Disgrace! You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was screwed out of a lot of money the car has no value and I am stuck paying for it!!! I get nausea ,lethargic literally sick because I have to drive in 100 degrees heat!!!Review from Mario L

So I took my Charger to this dealership where I was seen by *** and I told him that my charger's fuel tank gage wasn't working properly along with my ac, keep in mind I bought this car the year prior so I was covered under warranty *** took my information and told me that my car would be ready in a day or two. Two days later I call *** to get an update on my car, (because they don't have the decency to be professional and call their customers.) So he picks up and asked me if my car has been in accident because the suspension was damaged. I told him no but I fell in a deep pothole the other day. I asked him would that be covered under warranty he said no, impact damages are not covered under warranty, so I told him not to worry about it just worry about the fuel ********* in the vehicle. He said ok and proceeded to tell me that they needed to order parts. I said ** and asked him how long will it take, he replied a week and we left it at that! A week passed I had to call him to find out the status of my car he told me they're still waiting on my part. And it should be here tomorrow, I said ok fine. It was the same run around with a different excuse everyday for 3 weeks! To make a long story short, I got my car back on week three due to the update from *** telling me that my car was fixed but they were still waiting for an extra part of the ** unit. When I got my car back nothing was fixed! No ** no fuel gage was even touch. It seemed to me they were mad that I didn't want them to provide service to the suspension on my car so out of spite they made me wait. And not to mention my car seems to be worst after I picked it up, now the check engine light is showing and my automatic start isnt working, all these functions I mentioned was working perfectly fine before I dropped my car off to this dump! I dont see the logic for holding my vehicle for three weeks without even laying a finger on it! My car is practically brand new. Hello on August 24, 2022 I walked into town and country Dodge in ********* ******** to purchase a 2022 Durango. After all of the test drive and negotiating I signed left a deposit and was ready to leave for the evening. After the finalizing the contract I come to find out that the vehicle that I test drove and signed the contract for was already been sold. I was very upset and really wanted that vehicle it was not marked sold on the vehicle when I saw it. . So now they try the bait and switch move. It now get to their finance manager *****************. Then calls me in states that the original deal of 689 that we had is no longer an option for me if I wanted this vehicle it is now going to be $750 a month. He said that my credit was declined for the first bank at the 689 rate due to my cosigner which I was unaware that I was not allowed to have a cosigner to apply for this bank. So without my knowledge they ran other credit reports to try to get the deal done and I wish they would have done that because now I have hard inquiries on my credit report I then call the leasing company myself and everything I was told by ***************** was a complete lie and just that the dealer was trying to make the payment higher. I have written proof of this. . I then show up the next day with my cosigners credit report that shows opposite of their credit report that got me declined theyre basically strong Arming me that if I want this vehicle I have to pay the $750 a month or I cannot get the vehicle. Now when I return to the dealership and want to speak with ***** he came at me being very aggressive and said take your money and go else where. I was also told this by two mangers as well and we do not want to do business with you people.They were very discriminatory towards the white working class American. This customer did not have a high credit rating, so he had to go to the next best bank. When we had to do that, his payment went up. He accepted it and signed, but then went home and had buyers remorse. We were completly upfront and transparent, it was his credit rating. Bottom line is they made a mistake in the numbers and now trying to cover up their mistake raise the monthly payment. I went to 3 other dealerships and they even said the same thing. Other dealership felt bad they gave the exact car for the same quoted *****. Just stay away from them. They are crooks!Review from Darrell M

I called dealership to confirm that te vehicle was there and the price. I spoke with a rep who went around the dealership and asked all the questions I had for him regarding incentives. I found out I was eligible for all incentives. I was email the price of the vehicle which was the same that the rep quoted and scheduled an appointment for the same day to purchase. I get to the dealership, which is not that close to me, and they would not honor the price I was given. The manager, ***********************, said I was not give a quote to which I provide an email from Town and Country. He also proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to use Chrysler financing for my purchase I would have to pay 10% more than the sticker price. This was because there was a person also there purchasing an identical truck to which I was looking to buy. ***** felt that I should pay more because paid the other guy paid more. My quote was disregarded. I felt so deceived. Again, I showed the manager my email quote for todays price to which my sales rep confirmed that I was quoted that price and all notes of my calls were in the system. Very dishonorable!
