My 81 year old friend has been getting this billed to him for **** a month for over a year and nobody here has even heard of this product nor received anything from them. Contacted credit card company but they stated they couldn't do anythingBusiness response

This member signed up on their own, and this member has been a subscriber since May 27, 2020. This member claims they did not authorize the purchase or did not receive the products/services, this is not true, as a proof, see the screenshot of this members account.
Since the membership started, he or she has received 179 newsletters. Failure to input personal information, particularly credit card details, will result in the registration being rejected. Following registration, users had seven days to UNSUBSCRIBE if they were dissatisfied with the services they received. This seven-day period is free to use as a trial. If the consumer did not unsubscribe within the allotted seven days, the payment will be taken from their account and will be made every month until they do. Records on our system attest to the fact that he or she received the newsletters as our product.
Furthermore, the client hasn't emailed us since to let us know that they'd like to stop receiving our services or to unsubscribe.
