I place an order for large earrings on their site, but the wrong size item was in my cart. Their site would not allow me to add the discount code. I immediately emailed them the issue and they didnt respond until they shipped out the order. Saying its too late to add the code(they sent it after I placed the order) and I could get a refund if I send them back. I already paid a higher price for the wrong size item, plus I paid shipping price of $24.99 without no discount code. They want me to pay an additional $40 dollars to ship back the wrong item to get the replacement item (correct size). I ask for a contact info (name, phone number, manager and they declined to provide it.Business response

Hello,
The order that was placed was for the Extra Large Hoops (image attached). The customer made an error by adding the wrong item to the cart. All of our Skus are listed on separate product pages so they can select the correct size they want. As we previously stated to the customer since this does not comply with our return policy, we are unable to provide a return label to the customer. We are able to exchange the item for the item she wishes to receive if the product is returned to us with the exchange authorization form. I made a purchase and wanted to exchange it when I reached out to the company regarding their exchange process they provided me with the needed information. I followed the process tracked that the item had been received on their end yet when I inquired about next steps in the process they are acting like they did not receive the package and will not either provide me with a invoice for the requested exchange item or a refund. I placed an order for a pair of earrings on 01/21/2024. I reached out to the seller on 02/02/2024 in regards to my order. The seller responded that the order was waitlisted for 6-8 weeks even though at the time of ordering that was not stated. I waited the 6-8 weeks back order time and never received the order so I emailed the seller on 05/08/2024 to cancel and refund my order. The seller canceled the order but I never received a refund. I am simply asking for a refund since I never received the item.Business response

Subject: Complaint Regarding Lack of Communication and ******************************* Dear [**********************],I am writing to file a formal complaint against ****** ******* regarding a recent order #***** placed on May 5, 2024. Despite numerous attempts to obtain updates on the status of my order, I have received no response from the company.After placing the order on May 5, 2024, I expected to receive communication regarding the shipment and tracking information in a timely manner. However, despite sending emails on May 9, 2024, and again on May 15, 2024, I have not received any response from ****** ** ***** Furthermore, I have not been provided with a tracking number for my order, making it impossible for me to track its progress independently. Purchase earrings on March 26th. Received them on March 29th. Earrings are too heavy. Sent an email on April 6th asking for a rma number per their site instructions. Received and email back same day that they would respond in 3 to 5 business days. As of today still no response. I have tried calling everyday get a voicemail that is full and you cannot leave a message. I went to your site and saw there were at least 15 complaints. Their site states I have30 days to return which is 10 days from now. Can you please assist in this matter.Customer response

On 11/27/2023 I ordered 3 pairs of earrings from Simone I. Smith's ******************** I paid for 3 day delivery thru **** but I never received the merchandise. The only way to continue the company is thru e-mail, so I sent an email requesting an update, but no response. I sent a second email and they sent me the tracking number for a previous order I placed, so I replied to let them know that was not the correct order and I sent them a copy of my order receipt. I have not received a reply. They received the payment for this order on the same day it was placed on 11/27/2023. I really wanted the earrings.Business response

I originally placed this order way back on 6/22/2023 after wearing the earrings I originally purchased in 5/2023 and wore them and lost one. I erroneously ordered the wrong pair, so I returned them. You will see the communication I attempted to have with the company about the exchange, which took them over a month to even acknowledge. I was given the exchange number EX# ******T. After receiving the confirmation that the replacement pair was mailed, I saw they were sending me the same exact earrings I had already returned so when they attempted to deliver the package, I purposely did not sign for them. In the interim to speed the process up, I went ahead and ordered the correct earrings that I wanted, you will see proof of that in my email for order #*****. I have received and signed for this order but was never issued a refund for the first pair of earrings that were returned to the business by *** and signed for by an employee named ****** who signed for them on 8/29/23. It is now 10/2/2023 and I STILL have not received a refund of my money! I have made numerous requests and sent them the attempted delivery notice with the tracking number and they still have failed to return my money. This company is a complete rip off and does not respond to any of their emails for **************** nor would they provide a phone number for me to speak with anyone.Business response
