      liars liars liars lol, tell me theuyd fix something or that they cant do something and lied to me multiple times. told me itd be reflected on website in the next week but 3 months later no change. and overpriced and unreliable. trash peddled by scamming liars.

      We made numerous calls about faulty equipment with no resolution. The manager was contacted and we got no response back from the managers that we spoke to. Continued being charged for numerous services. The issue was never resolved. No technician was able to come to my house to resolve the issues.

      I have been an Optimum customer for over 20 years only because it is impossible to get any reliable TV/Cable services in my area. I have spent countless hours on the phone and in "support" chat in a futile effort to improve the "services" I have paid over $300 per month for. I have had technicians at my home more times than I can recall. The technicians made it clear that the issues were on their side and that there was nothing they could do to resolve the problem. I have received small refunds for lack of service. Far from an acceptable situation. If you can avoid utilizing their "services" I strongly suggest that you do!

      **** customer service. This was at the **************** ****** ****** whos filling in for the regular store manager is the most hateful, rude women I have ever encountered Shes from the **** Store but has no skill in customer service This women is the best advertisement for Blue Peak or ****** internet. I went back into the store to find out her boss and she wouldnt give it to me. Shaking her head at me while she was talking and getting into my face spitting as she talked. She finally gave me some name, and I wonder if its a correct name They need to get her out of the public contact.

      I have enjoyed optimum up until this point. When my internet was up for a review they offered a discount cell phone service. I took the phone into an optimum store a couple of times. They could not get the phone working. After 4 months we finally got the phone activated. Since optimum was at fault we ask them to credit the 3 months which we had no service. They refused. When they offer you free cell phone service just know nothing is free. They really made ***** satisfied customer very unhappy what a shame

      DO NOT GET THIS INTERNET. It is Optimum/Altice Internet services. I had an account with them last Oct to help a friend out. The friend found other options, so I returned the equipment and closed the account. Within policy dates of 60 days, mind you. The employee on the other end said, the equipment was received, and the account is a $0 balance and will be closed. I said thank you and left it alone and here I am a year later, and they still want money on that account that was closed. They have now sent it to collections, and it is affecting my credit, and they refuse to do an investigation into the agent who lied, and they even had the audacity to steal money from me when I had to make a 2nd account with my current for my parents place instead of using it for the install tech. Luckily through my bank and a higher super I got my money back, but now that I am still dealing with the credit issues, I told them forget the 2nd account at my parents I will find other services for my parents and keep mine till Spectrum can come in. Than they had the audacity to not only not give me back the money I paid for a 1st month bill, they tried to say that payment was never made and that in order to find it they needed to have not only the last four of my debit card that I used to pay that first month but the first six in order to find the money I paid. You don't need 8 numbers of my card when other businesses can find it with the last four, that is suspicious as crap, and I don't trust them at all anymore. The other issue I had is with customer care this wasn't just a one phone call issue on the account from a year ago, but literally I have been fighting them every day for the past week and the calls were like 2 hours long because they could never find the right person to Help me in the first place. Now I am out $70, and I am stuck with them till Spectrum comes in. Please in this economy if you don't want to lose money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are as bad as ***********.

      After our internet was out for almost a month after a recent hurricane, the staff at Optimum promised us six month of free internet in order to remain with their service. After receiving three of those months, they started billing us again. Staff told us that their system only allows them to apply three month discounts at a time despite the earlier gurantee.

      My bill went from 50 to 180. I called and was told all I had to do was re- apply a promotion and it would be brought down to 59 a month. I was given a number to call back on the day of payment and did so promotion was applied and I paid the 59 dollars. I then received a letter in the mail saying my payment of of 70 dollars was returned and I was charged a 30 dollar fee that brought my bill to 111. Which made no sense I paid 59 not 70. So I called and was told the same thing the letter said I asked why the amount was 70 and not the 59 I paid they said they never received my payment of 59 instead received a 70 payment from a bank account that does not belong to me and informed me my bill was never brought down to 59 but was 70 a month after the promotion was applied (they acknowledged the promotion given by the person who took my $59 payment) the return payment fee plus the $70bill and the new bill brought it to 180 they said. I told them about the number they gave me to call about applying the promotion and how I paid my 59 dollars and they(optimum) told me I was scammed that we don't give out numbers for you to pay your bill. I told them the optimum employee told me to call for the promotion and pay my bill there... They said no we wouldn't ever do that and we didn't receive your payment. (Yet even they told me the bill was only brought down to 70 with the promotion not down to 59) So if the call was a scam how did the scammers promotion lower my bill to 70. When they claim whoever applied my promotion and took my payment was a scammer how did the scammers promotion apply on my actual account?? Aside from that someone is paying my bill with an empty account then the payment gets returned and charges my account a $30 fee every time. When asked the employee to fix it he said he can't prevent someone from paying my bill and now im getting cut off because I refuse to pay the late fees and they won't return my $59 payment and how can I trust if I pay it will pay my bill?

      I have been an Optimum customer for over 10 years, my bill suddenly jumped to $230 and I refuse to continue service . I called on 11/1/24 to disconnect services and was given 7 days to turn in my equipment which I did on 11/8/24. Today I'm being told that my services cannot be disconnected until the end of November and I will be charged. How is that possible when I returned all their equipment to the store. At this point it seems like I'm being DENIED cancellation for the company to charge me for a month of service without their equipment in my possession . I will definite seek legal advice.

      Optimum has had the monopoly on internet in our area for over a decade. Another provider has finally become available and trying to disconnect your service with Optimum is virtually impossible. Not only do they try to entice you to stay by cutting your rates in half....you should have done this for your customers long before you had competition...they give you the run around about disconnecting. You can't do it in person in their store. I have now spent over 4 hours talking to people and manage to get disconnected before they finish and they don't call back even though the verify the call back number. Today I spent ************************************************************************** she would need to call me back this evening. I demanded to speak to her supervisor and was finally able to get the service cancelled (I think). I ask for her to send confirmation that it had been cancelled and she told me she couldn't do that. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I did not sign a lifetime contract with you guys. End the service without making me spend hours on the phone.
