            DIAL-A-MATTRESS OPERATING CORP., DIAL-A-MATTRESS INTERNATIONAL, LTD., and 1-800-MATTRESS CORPORATION(collectively, the "Debtors") filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on March 23, 2009 (the "Petition Date"), in the Eastern District of New York under CASE#:0941966-008 and CASE#: 0941966-009. Pursuant to Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code, as of the Petition Date, the automatic stay prohibits, among other things, all creditors (which includes customers) from commencing or continuing any lawsuits, judicial proceeding, arbitration, mediations or any quasi-judicial enforcement proceeding against the Debtors or their estates that either was, or could have been, commenced before the Petition Date.
