Our vehicle was taken to the dealer to be fixed after an accident. Dealer had our vehicle for 27 days and the job was of poor quality. They rushed the job didn’t prep the body like it should have been and attempted to pass it to us. When we brought the poor job to their attention we received nothing but excuses. They kept the vehicle for a few more days but upon inspection of the the work they claimed to do it is as the same. I have pictures of before the work and after.

I have reached out to the customer to set up an inspection of his vehicle to determine if the issues are part quality issues which would relate to insurance company. Quality issues which would be related to our shop or prior scratch or chip damages which would be customer related. Talked with customer and agreed to look at vehicle at his convenience. We stand by our quality and will rectify any quality issues
