On April 25, 2023 I decided to start looking for an Apt with this realotor whom name is ************, she is located at *********************************************************************************** where she currently works at present time. Before staring to work with this broker she told me that I need to make a down deposit of the amount of $600.00 to which before giving her the deposit I said if I did not find an apt of my liking or whatever reason could I get my down deposit back to which she answered yes. This is conversation was done over text messaging to which I still have in my hands if needed to show for proof purposes. Unfortunately, due to some credit problems I was not able to get obtain an apartment and decided to no longer need her services in which then I requested by down deposit back after 2 months of non stop search. On the beginning of May/June 2023, I again asked for my down deposit to which this broker made excuses as to tell me that her boss had to approve to give me back the down deposit and that she emailed her and that because she was away on "vacation" it would take a bit longer. After almost 2 weeks and a half on June 20th of 2023, she contacted me and said that her boss had approved my refund and stated to ask me if the information as to my email and phone number was correct, to which I said no that it NOT my name but it is my phone number and email. Both the broker and her boss both explained that they would sent my refund over email to insure that the money was going to the right person. I, as naive as I can be believe that this would be done and so I waited a good 10 days before yet again contacting the broker back. On June 30th 2023 I once again send her a text message and asked her if she had ever send the email to me. To which she made another excuse and stated, "Omg no I am so sorry I thought this was done 2 weeks ago!" I responded with a simple no. She then made another excuse and said she sent her boss another email asking if she had sent that email. All proof is above.Customer response
