On 7/26 i took my puppy to be groomed due to bad matting of his fur. My original groomer moved out of state and i had trouble finding a provider that used one groomer(not pass the animal around or put in a crate). So took my a few weeks to find a place to go. In effect the groomer, *******, cut **** 1 1/2 inch on his belly. There was blood on his bed which made me examine him and called Suburban immediately to advise. Was told she would call later-not a priority and I said she should call me immediately. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED TO MY ATTENTION AT PICKUP. Took 1 hr 20 minutes to complete. Groomer left before i got there. (2 minutes in same strip mall where I got a pedicure while i was waiting for him) Donna owner under duress agreed to reimburse me $91.80 plus $15 tip i left. Agreed to send check. Not rec’d. No apology and no remorse.
