I brought my 2017 **** into Reeds garage because I was having a pulsation in my breaks. Reeds garage diagnosed the issues and informed of the repairs that needed to be made and the cost. I looked into my warranty i have and told Reeds to hold off on making any repairs because it’s covered under my Ford Warranty. An employee at Reeds said she was calling to check on our warranty and then called back saying our vehicle was repaired and we owed $1,900. We specifically said do not repair, we have a warranty, and only a certified Ford dealer can make the warranty repairs. We tried submitting all paperwork to Ford for reimbursement but they won’t reimburse us because repairs weren’t made at a Ford service center. All of these repairs would’ve only cost us $50 and we told Reeds to not make the repairs. We have paid Reeds Garage for the repairs because we needed a paid invoice to submit to Ford. Reeds made the repairs without consent, and without checking into our warranty details. Reeds had no warranty approval to make repairs and no customer approval.
