Me and my husband ordered two faucets which didn't work called them numerous times, they mailed us our 1 hose which still did not work. We have numerous emails. I called and spoke to two people who said they would get back to me with a manager and never did. After I they mailed us the 1 hose which didn't work we called again and no one got back to us via email or phone. I mailed both faucets and hose back, and still have yet to receive a refund of $580. I spoke with one person. Who never got back to me and it's been weeks. I attached below they received there items but no one has given us our refund. They have there products. This had been going on for months, calling numerous times and theu kept running me around.Business response
