I signed up to get a washer and dryer on a lease for the dryer to break within 1.5 hours of it being delivered. I am then told they will swap the dryer out same day however no one showed! I then call back to be told I have to wait 5 more days. I ask for compensation and get the run around, I then ask for a supervisor and the person handling my call mutes the line for 10+ mins before Im routed. I paid for working equipment and in turn get someones trash!Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Considering the equipment is used better testing should be conducted and the customer should not have to fix the ********************!
