This is a company that needs to be investigated, they are criminally incompetent. I just put $6 in three different machines before I can get one to work. No problem taking your money, but you cant get your change back, the machines dont turn on, and no one answers the phone when you call. Go to their website, look at the reviews, then look at their responses, and then dont put these junk machines in your building. I never do this. I never bother reviewing businesses I dont like, I just dont do back. But this is an actual scam of a business that is stealing from people.Review from Drake S

Do not use this company, we had a washer and dryer in an apartment complex for years with very little issues until about year ago. We tried to increase the charges on the machines to cover the increased cost of water and power. It's over a year now with multiple e-mails and phone calls, they never increased the charge on the machines. For the last 2 months we have been trying to get them to pick up the machines both through their web site and on the phone. They promised return calls from an account manager to help with this that never happened. Finally, today we got someone who said we need to send it in writing but could not even commit to CSC picking up the machines. It is sad how far this company has fallen on its service. They used to be slow, but they would get things done in a week or two. Now it seems like that they just ignore your requests.Review from Billy C

This company is one of the worst if not the worst. As many stated- the consistency is there, not in the good way, older model machines either take your quarters and not start; OR App does not start your machines and charges. Oh wait, is there not a refund options on the APP? That should make it easier for the refund right? No. It does not unfortunately. They will "decline" your requests, and honestly you have no way to provide more info when they do. How could you even prove that machines took the money and did not start? So many others were declined, even if you called them. They might give you a so-called "courtesy" amount, not the amount you paid for to shush you up. Oh it's only $2.50-$3.75 per wash, but adding the pool of many more "declined". It is possible that every month these amount adds up to a feasible amount.Review from Porchia S

After years of poor service, non-working laundry machines with random and unexplained administrative fees, CSC sent us a termination form with 2 choices: 1) They will come and remove their machines or 2) we can purchase the machines from *** and operate them independently. We chose option number 1, signed the termination contract and happily sent the contract back to part ways with this poorly run operation. Now *** is refusing to honor their termination contract and are threatening litigation if we try to switch companies or remove their machines off our property (4 machines total). After *** sent us the termination of contract form we began looking for a better reviewed business to work with an upon finding one we signed a new contract. Unfortunately, the new company cannot (their own policy) bring in their new machines until *** pulls theirs out as stated and agreed to by us in the termination contract. *** has been a horrible business partner and now they refuse to honor their own termination contractwe are frustrated as small business owners and the tenants are frustrated by the inability to wash their laundry with any reliability or consistency.Review from Marianne C

Not even worthy of one star. They have a great side hustle where they fail to add funds. I sent funds to my app via Apple Pay. Although this debit cleared my credit union, that money NEVER made it to/was NEVER added to my available funds. And PLEASE dont bother sending messages from the help center. They will NOT reply nor will they ever resolve the issue. They are thieves. Facts I ???? that my property management does NOT renew their contract.Review from Christopher C

Used the CSCGO app loaded money into the "wallet" and used it in the laundry room at the apartment complex I live in. Used a machined that started and stopped immediately it ate my money, I did it again thinking I would get reimbursed if there was an issue. The machine started and stopped again. That was the only machine available to use so I had to wait for another machine to be available. I put in a request for refund for the two times the machine ate my money but it has fallen on deaf ears. I suspect there are numerous users being cheated of this money through lack of due diligence on the part of the vandor. They are the only option at my complex to wash clothes. No stars is my review. Thier machines constantly steal quarters. It is a pain to continually ask for a quarter refund every other day. The system will have you makes apply for refund, then you have to check your email. Then after those steps, they make you call customer service to have you refund mailed out. Can't you simply just refund the money.
