Our order never arrived. We called at least 4 times and were told that we would get a call back that day and no one ever reached out. They give you no tracking info for the order and the customer service team does absolutely nothing to help, they are all reading off of the same script. I am trying to get a refund and no one will contact me. Buyers beware, this is likely a scam site.Review from Jill K

The website was not working. I used their chat function which said "We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly." I tried calling. No one answered and I couldn't leave a message because every mailbox was full. I finally was able to chat with someone. We had a very large budget for envelopes and I needed to make a custom order. The chat bot said, "I've sent your request for a manager, you can expect their call back within ***** business hours." 1-2 days just to place an order with this company! I contacted Vista Print and had the envelopes ordered within 5 minutes. I think this company is going out of business. Don't waste your time. Here are better places: VistaPrint, 123Print, Staples, Business Envelopes, and GotPrint.Review from Haley B

I used this company for a custom envelope order two years ago, and they blew my project schedule and blamed me for the timing delay. It added a ton of stress to the project, and I barely got it out on time. I swore I wouldn't use them again, but two years later, I thought, "maybe things have changed. I have a little cushion in my schedule, it will be okay." Nope. I placed my order on 11/17. After proofs were approved 2 days later, I was given a ship date of 12/6. That day came and went with no communication. I tried twice to get answers via customer service chat (the only option available for communication). My order dashboard status never changed from "Processing," so that was not a source of information. Finally, 4 days later, I got someone on chat to tell me the order hadn't shipped and was still being printed. They hedged and claimed it would probably ship that day. The next day, it still hadn't shipped and after another half hour trying to get to someone, they said there were problems and that they wouldn't ship that day either, and wouldn't give me a new ship date. So 6 days after it was supposed to ship, I was basically told to just sit tight without any information. The chat operator was always "waiting for response from the printing team," and always pushing you toward letting them reply to you via email--then they blow you off or take at least hours to respond. I've finally requested to cancel the order, and am going to just cut my losses and go buy plain white envelopes and make a rubber stamp. I've lost hundreds of dollars in custom illustration and design costs and time, but I can't waste any more of my life trying to get answers and a product out of this company. Ridiculous. I placed an order on Oct. 31st for plain envelopes (no printing) and was told 1-2 weeks delay due to the item being out of stock. Waited 3 weeks before contacting customer service via email. No response. With the holiday season approaching, I needed the envelopes and tried contacting via online chat and then phone... and then email again. No response to online chat and never got to speak to a rep on the phone (on hold for 30+ minutes). I finally called the number of the person who signed off in the only email I got (informing me about the 1-2 week delay): I was shocked when someone actually answered the phone. She was nice, but she had little information for me except that there would be even further delay (January). I asked to cancel the order. She obliged, and completely unprompted by me, said, "I don't know when you'll get the refund." And as expected, I have not received my refund yet. There is something very shady about this company---not only for consumers, but for its own employees as well. After my own experience and reading other reviews, it seems they don't want to empower their own staff with solid information on estimated ship dates, tracking info, etc. As frustrated as I was, I had sympathy for the one rep I spoke to, who didn't seem to have any solid answers to either restock dates or when a refund would be issued. I can't imagine being a service rep who is tasked with helping clients and given no means by which to help them.Review from Rick P

I should have read the reviews before choosing to do business with this horrible company.I submitted an order for a quote and I did not approve the quote and indicated that I wanted to cancel my "pending" order. I have received no acknowledgment that my order has been cancelled and my credit card refunded. No answers from Envelopes.com via email, chat or phone. By the way when you call there you get only an option to go to voicemail that lets you know that the voicemail you are trying to reach is full and unavailable.This company just leaves you hanging. Totally unprofessional. NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYReview from Dmytriy K

I wish I've read the reviews before placing my order. As soon as I placed my order of ****** square envelopes, I received email saying they are backordered and may not ship as soon as expected. I tried to reach out to them through every possible avenue - to find out if I could swap the color of my envelopes or cancel my order - NO RESPONSE. It is impossible to reach a human being, and even after I left multiple voicemails and messages no one got back to me. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.Review from Jasper J

Envelopes.com is a completely unreliable company. I ordered foil lined envelopes on a Monday (11/22). Paid premium shipping because my client needed the envelopes by Friday (11/26). To be extra sure that I could get the product by Friday I talked on the phone with Envelopes.com customer service person, *****, who assured me the product was in stock and will ship out that afternoon by 4 pm. On Tuesday (11/23) I used their web contact page to ask for a tracking number but I never got a response to that inquiry. Early on Friday (11/26) morning, I received an email informing me that the product will not be delivered that day because it was out of stock! ***!! They waited till the delivery day to tell me the product was out of stock! I called the company and customer service **** ********** said they won't have the item in stock for another 2 or 3 weeks! I cancelled the order and had to scramble to find an alternate source. I ended up driving over 50 miles to pick up the envelopes from another supplier so I could take care of my client. I do not recommend Envelopes.com and will never use them again.
