They installed an above ground pool in August 2021. Days later the pool walls came out of the track. As the days progress different sides of the wall came out. They said they would come and fix. In November 2021 they told me they would need to drain the pool and pull back the liner and connect things. When they went in Dec they couldn't do anything because the water in the pool froze. They drained it to 1ft and said that we have to fix a land drainage problem in order for the pool to be fixed. Yet, the installer excavated the land and the walls came out the day after the install. They are requesting 5k to fix the drainage to then fix the pool. I consulted with 2 other pool installers for a second opinion and both said that the pool was installed incorrectly. At this point I would like to return the pool and request a full refund for the price of the pool package, the install, the heater, the water that was drained and the excavation that was done.Customer response
