I had symptoms of a gastrointestinal bacterial infection and went to Orange Urgent Care on 8/5/24 and received a prescription to get a stool sample collection. I got my containers from Garnet ****** and did the stool sample at home. The next day, 8/6/24, I dropped off the stool samples to Garnet ****** where they told me they would be sent to Quest Diagnostics for lab testing. I was told to transfer my sample to another container before leaving as they initially gave me the incorrect container. The next week I experienced stomach pain and continued diarrhea. I called Orange Urgent Care everyday since 8/9/24 to get my test results. I was told my bacterial results were negative and the parasite tests were pending and wouldnt be back for a week. I called back on 8/14/24 and was told someone from Orange Urgent Care would call Quest regarding my lab sample and no one returned my call. My symptoms continued and I called on 8/15/24 and spoke wi the receptionist ******. She was extremely rude, incompetent and disrespectful. She hung up on me and was completely unwilling to help. She put the provider on the phone after I called back the third time and the provider told me she called Quest and that my parasite results are negative. The provider informed me she would send my results via email but I have not received it. They are not telling the truth and I have not received my lab results. I have an appointment with a separate gastroenterologist as I am still experiencing symptoms. Its not serious enough to go to the hospital and take time away from emergent patients. I would like my test results and for the provider and receptionists to be reprimanded for lying regarding my health information. This is completely unacceptable.
