On the 29th of September of 2023 my card was charged 380 AED (*** dirhams) by this company which is the agent of *************** *** US, **********). This payment was done towards booking of 4 tickets to ********* *****************. The confirmation email stated that if there is no booking confirmation within 6 hours then the money wil be refunded in 24 hours, which did not happen.I sent an email to customer support, which replied that they will review my case, and there has been no response so far.Later I read reviews and I find out that I am not the only customer who got scammed in such a way. As Vcorp Services LLC is an agent registered in *******, and as an address being mentioned in my card statement, I request my refund to be processed.Business response

Good Morning,
Hope you're doing well. I dont believe this complaint should be against Vcorp Services because although we may be the agent for the entity, ************* **** we have no control over their day to day operations. The refund the client is also requesting wouldnt be requested with Vcorp, but the entity ************* **** itself.
We are a registered agent office, and have nothing to do with 4 tickets to ********* *****************. ************* **** is a client of ours however we did not receive any payment for the tickets so this complaint against Vcorp should be removed. Any requests for refunds should be directed to the entity directly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Thank you very much for your response. I would like to point out the the merchant is still not replying to my follow up emails on refund request and I am afraid I am a victim of a scam,and this means that you as an agent are dealing with a potential scamming merchant who promised a refund within 24 hours but no action from their side for 5 days already. I would like you to ask as a company with a good standing reputation if you can help me with my situation and I would like to inform you that this client of yours I have to repeat again is acting as a scamming business!

I understand your frustration, and although we are not responsible for the charges that you have incurred and cannot refund you.
We can definetly move your request along, and forward your complaint to the client to act on. If you need to serve any legal documents to the clients we would also be the recieveing party for it.
As of now, you can write an email stating your request and details of the entity, and we can forward that onto the client requesting them to respond and take action.

When I was attempting to set up my business, they gave the appearance they were a IRS.gov Web site, so I continued to enter my information, and before I could submit to get my license the web site said I had to fill in additional information and subscribe to there service....not knowing it was a life time of charges.....I have attempted to call and cancel., but have been unable to cancel, they continue to send me bills and threaten to send me to collections., and tell me I have to have this service for setting up my license. They Keep telling it's the law that I have to have there services or some type of legal service representing me
