The issue is the packaging was inappropriate for the contents. One of the plastic lids cracked and the Black Cocoa Powder is all over the products. I want a replacement sent to me that is more carefully packaged. A customer service link included on the website does not exist. The telephone number on the website must not be monitored, because a recording asking for a call-back number is all I get.Business response

I placed an order November the 4th partial of the order arrived on the 15. I had tried to comunicate with them for the missing item on the order and had no response. Missing item is pink candy coating 3lbs. After all the atempts I decided to submit a complain.Business response

I ordered 4 items from WinCrest Bulk foods I got a order number which is *********. I ordered it over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping. I never received an email confirming my order.. I emailed the company, called and left several messages with no return from them. They took the money out of my account on 9/20/23. I need a refund or my product.Customer response

I placed an order on 8/8/23 (Ord#*********) and $33.42 was paid by my bank (posted on 8/9/23). I did not receive an email confirmation within a day, so I called both ###-###-#### & ###-###-#### and had to leave messages. Hi, I placed an order on 6/23/22 for $96.27; this was immediately posted on my credit card. On 7/1/22, I received an email that the order had shipped. *** indicated that a ticket had been made, but they had not received the package. When subsequently checking the tracking information, this same message continued to be shown by UPS. On 7/11 I contacted Wincrest Bulk Foods through their Customer Service email to inquire about this. I inquired again on 7/13, 7/14 . On 7/14 I received a response that there was an issue and they would check it out and get back to me. They did not get back to me, but the order was delivered on 7/19. After open the package, there were 4 items missing. I contact Wincrest about this on 7/20. I have made numerous attempts to either get a refund or the missing products (7/24, 8/1, 8/5 and 8/11), with no response. I have ordered 3 times from this company, and there has been missing products each time. Great products, but the customer service is virtually nonexistent. Thank you for your help.Business response

I placed an order on December 10th, order # *********. The amount is $29.20. The amount was drawn from my checking account immediately but my order still has not been processed. I have yet to reach a person by phone and have left several messages, no reply. I have also sent emails, no reply. I have stated that any response would be greatly appreciated. I understand that this is the holiday season, all I'm asking for is some acknowledgement that they are "working on it". I am getting absolutely no information regarding my order. I would like to remain a customer and wait for my order but if Wincrest foods is unable to complete my order then I would like a refund. Regards, ***** *******Business response

I purchased this item on 12/1/21. The payment was processed immediately, and I still have not received an order confirmation. On the website it is posted as Awaiting Shipping. I have called many times with no answer, I have left a voicemail just confirming that they prepping shipment, and to guarantee they are getting this shipped soon. No answer, no reply from emails sent. I just want to make sure that this order gets cancelled. This is not a surprise due to reviews and people going through the same issue.
