              On November 10, 2023, I returned my leased Audi S5 to the ******************** Audi dealership and entered into a new lease for a 2024 Audi A5. During the transition, I was advised by the dealership to cancel a pre-scheduled inspection for November 22, as they assured me they would handle the inspection and any necessary repairs.It is important to note that I had Tire and Rim coverage on my S5, which would have covered any tire damage. Additionally, I replaced three of the tires approximately three months prior to returning the vehicle (please see the attached documentation).Regrettably, I have been informed that I am liable for charges amounting to $2,700. I believe this is unjust, especially considering my recent $5,000 down payment for the new lease and my history as a loyal Audi customer, now on my fourth lease, with no prior issues.The dealership has directed me to ************** Services for resolution. I have already spoken with a representative, ******, who requested the turn-in documentation. There appears to be a discrepancy, as Audi Finance has the vehicle turn-in date recorded as January 5th. I am being bounced around and have been misled by the dealership

              Do not waste your time bringing your car here for service. The service department is the worst I have ever experienced, and everyone who works there is very unprofessional. Avoid ***** and ***** at all costs!! They cannot communicate effectively and will have you waiting several days/weeks for a call back regarding an update. They will tell you to call Audi of ******* to handle your claims, but when you speak with Audi of *******, they are very transparent and inform you that the dealership has full discretion over the decisions they make and calling Audi of ******* cannot change what the dealership say or decide. WASTE OF TIME!! ***** and ************* lies and will have your car sitting for days without communicating with the customer. They bring down the Audi Brand completely. On top of that, they do cheap service and do not fully fix the problem you brought your car in for. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!! P.S. Check out the photos below to see the results of the complimentary car wash they provided and had me sign for before I even saw my vehicle. I will be filling a complaint with corporate against them. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER AUDI DEALERSHIP!!

              Customer came in for a check engine light. The vehicle was shaking. ***** had the technician inspecti vehicle and found contaminated fuel in the gas tank. We gave her a sample of the contaminated gas and suggested a fuel tank cleaning and fuel lines decontaminated. This corrected the issue. However, this repair was not covered under the manufacturer warranty because it was caused by outside influence. We explained the repair and the estimate before performing any work and she agreed to the estimate. Upon completion she was unhappy and spoke to the service manager who discounted the repair approx $500. The delay was the customer trying to get the gas station in ** to test their fuel storage. She felt because she filled up in ** that she was not responsible because the attendant actuallly filled the tank.

              The false allegations presented here from Audi ******************** are completely false. The repair was NOT discounted approximately $500 (I have the service documents to prove it). The delay was NOT due to gas testing; the hold up was a result of delayed call backs from YOUR service department and from the fact that your service team claimed to be putting in good will with Audi of ******* to resolve the issue. I was given the run around to constantly call Audi of ******* and the corporate team advised me that your team can make those decisions at their own discretion. Again, poor customer service and horrendous experience. The fact of the matter is, the management staff and service team are not up to the standards of the brand and the service your establishment provides is absolutely horrible. Customers should seek another Audi dealer for better service that well-paying customers deserve.
