I bought a car on 2/18/2023 at Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle. Their new address is *************************************** New Rochelle, ** *****. Phone Numbers: Sales ************ - Service: ************ On March 23, 2023 I took the car to the dealer because I felt the car with some issues going up the hill " did not have power" also, the start button was getting stuck. I waited almost two hours when service advisor: **** *****************************, told me that the car was ready and that they have calibrated the computer and put a new battery on the keyless remote control and that they will order the start button and it usually take a couple days to get to the shop and the he will call me when the part will get to the shop. I left the dealer trusting on his word. The next day I called and asked ******************** to send me a summary of what they did on the car that day, he told me that he could not send me a summary because the work order was still open. I told him to send me a screenshot of what was done he said sure I can do that. Until this day I haven't receive any documents of what was done. I decided to emailed the sales person that sold me the car *********************************** and explained him about the issue. He apologies and sent me a PDF of a document in which states the issues that I'm having with the car but not of the work that was "supposedly" done. I replied ******************** that I needed a document in which states that the work was done. *** ******* replied that ******************** was off on that day 4/5/23 and that he will let him know the next day. I haven't received any phone call nor email from any of them. I do not want an apology from them nor from the dealer. At this point they are not reliable and I can't trust them anymore. I will like to know if I can return the car and cancel the finance contract.Customer response
