on 03/07/33 two parts were purchased at $88.01 each, total $176.02. plus shipping $21.80, tax $17.13, total $214.95. within hours of ordering I realized that I had ordered the wrong part.. I called the company to see if order could be cancelled and correct parts ordered. I was informed that it was too late to cancel and that I should wait till I receive parts, contact them for return authorization, and return parts then. I did. Since the parts were known by me to be incorrect (my fault), i did not open the package at all. I replaced the shipping label with the one that they emailed to me and returned to parts to them, complete in the unopened box from their shipping. After several emails to inquire, a refund was issued to my credit card for $70,41. When I inquired about the small refund, I was told that only one of the two parts had been returned, and that is all that I would be refunded for. After several more communications where I explained that the package was never even opened by me, and that receiving only one part in return was not possible unless they had only shipped me one part to begin with, there is no longer any response from them. The last reply was 05/05/22, and simply stated that my account had been refunded, total of $70.41. All this is contrary to their indicated return policy clearly indicated on the web site.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. *********** did finally provide the remaining refund owed.
