I purchased a Black Fogger sprayer to fog mosquitoes and it blew up.Business response

We were working with this customer and have provided them with a replacement product. We made arrangements to have the product returned to us so that we could determine what happened. The customer said they have been using our product for over 30 years and have never had a problem. We believe the customer is satisfied with the resolution and no further action is required at this time.Initial Complaint

I called some weeks back and the lady send me a replacement part, it arrived. You changed the diameter of the hose that goes into the sprayer so now my sprayer is obsolete! I called and after being told by the first woman there was nothing she could do I asked for a supervisor. I got Melissa who was rather abrupt from the beginning of our conversation who proceeded to tell me I should try pushing the hose down the hole or drill out the hole! I don't have a drill or a drill bit so i raised my voice slightly! and told her that, then she tells me that if I am going to be UNPROFESSIONAL she will end the call! I said nothing bad. Is this your new way out of situations YOU LIE AND TRY TO PUSH THE BLAME ONTO THE CUSTOMER!!!! Needless to say I am totally UNIMPRESSED and if Melissa is the type of person you employ she is rude!!!!!!! I won't be buying any of your products again 3 weeks later after speaking to a male who said he was going to send me a new sprayer. Guess what he's a liar!!!!! Nothing has arrived. Why do they do this all they do is create more annoyance and disgust.Business response

Thank you for your follow up letter. I am afraid the original letter never made it to us. At any rate, this person had an old sprayer that she requested a part for. Unfortunately, the part did not fit due to the age of the sprayer. We subsequently sent her a new sprayer which she received on approximately 8/19/22. We believe this was a satisfactory resolution to the problem.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However I was told by the man(said he was the only male) that he would send me a new one and he DIDN"T. It was only after I left a BAD review that a new one finally arrived!
