On April 24, 2024, I purchased tickets to LuminoCity Dino Safari x ************************* for Saturday, April 27, 2024 for $73.26. I never received my tickets. I emailed them the morning of April 27th as I never received my tickets and received an automated reply. I also sent them a direct message on Instagram. I never heard back. As a result, I purchased a second set of tickets on April 27, 2024 for $68.91, as that was the day we were planning to initially go. Thankfully, I received the email for the second purchase with our tickets. I filed a dispute with my bank for the initial charge of $73.26. The company continues to try to make me liable for the initial purchase when I supplied documentation confirming the above. I need assistance getting refund of the monies I paid. Ive uploaded documentation of my emails to LuminoCity and their automated reply. My message to them on Instagram, as well as my initial payment and second payment as supporting documentation.Customer response

I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE EVENT AT *************** FOR THE DATE OF 1/6/24 @ 6:30PM. I PAID $58.40 FOR 2 TICKETS ON 1/1/24. I GOT AN ***** ON 1/5/24 STATING THAT THE EVENT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER. IT SAID TO ***** THEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. I IMMEDIATELY *****ED THEM AND STATED I WANTED A REFUND. IN THE ***** IS SAYS THAT IT TAKES 3-5 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE AND REFUND. IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN NEITHER OF THOSE. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. I HAVE BEEN TO 4 DIFFERENT LUMINOCITY EVENTS AND THIS MIGHT MAKE ME NOT EVER GO AGAIN. I attended their event on Friday 12/1/23 in **** **. When we got there they scanned our ticket and let us in and then immediately another worker told ** they closed at 7pm. Our tickets were for 8:30pm but we were never notified that the attraction was closing early that night. The worker told us to go to customer service to handle our refund. The lady at customer service was rude and said she could not issue a refund even though their attraction was closed. I contacted them on social media and they told me they would issue a refund and then immediately blocked me afterward without issuing the refund. I contacted them on another social media outlet asking for my refund and they accused me of spam/harassment/miscommunication which is not true. I am simply requesting a refund for my $49.70 since the attraction was closed during our time slot and they did not notify us or post to social media or their website so there was no way of knowing. Please advise.Customer response

I purchased tickets for the dinosaur festival on 10/13 for the same day and couldnt make it to the event so I tried calling and emailing on the same day to which the phone number was bogus and email was not a real email. Ive been trying to contact them and even reached out the on instagram. I attached a screenshot showing they were refunding me my money and havent and now they arent responding to my messages on instagram either. I just want a refund for an event I couldnt attend.Customer response
