Order number: ****** I ordered this on 12/5. It was shipped on 12/13. After this it had the shipping address correct, but when I clicked on the tracking information it was delivered to another city. I have reached out to the company via email, as they dont have a phone number. I have not heard anything back. My phone will not let me upload picture documentation, but I will happily email it if you ask for proof.Initial Complaint

I purchased a $70 queen size weighted blanket from Luna Blanket on November 26, 2022. I was emailed that my order #****** was confirmed and was given a tracking number: ****************** on *** tracking. The tracking number shows that a label was created on November 30th. I've been watching this tracking number in anticipation for the past few weeks but there have been no updates. This purchase was a Christmas present for my little brother and I have been trying to contact Luna Blanket for the past week to find out if my order will get here by Christmas. I have submitted multiple helpdesk tickets trying to make contact and have even offered to pay for expedited shipping to get my order here in time. I have reached out to **** on social media as well, but nobody will respond to me. I have spent hours trying to find a number to call to try and get help, but there is no customer support number. I would just like to get what I paid for and I am happy to pay extra to get it in the time frame needed. If this is not possible, I would ask for a refund so that I can go find a different weighted blanket locally for my little brother's Christmas present. When I placed the order, there was no indication or notification that this blanket was on backorder or that there would be any shipping delays. Please, I'm only submitting this to try to get someone from Luna Blanket to contact me. I just want to talk to someone and get some help. The help requests I've submitted are (*****) and (*****), the oldest one being 4 days ago with no response. Please just contact me so we can get this resolved.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
Luna Blanket responded to me today and is issuing me a full refund. I guess my order got lost in shipping, and they had some system issues where my service ticket got lost. I am satisfied and grateful for their response today. This matter has been resolved.
