I purchased this item and it too three weeks to get to me. Now here and I have been burning it constantly and candle is down to 1/3 and no tarot card at all which is why I bought it ************ is a SCAM stay away!!Initial Complaint

On January 5th, ****, I placed an order for the book and a necklace as a gift for my daughter. Three days later I received notification that the order was shipped. That was great news. Issue was I never received that order until January 28th, ****, when this was suppose to be 2 day shipping. This is not the worst part. When I open the box, the insert card, which explains the meaning of the stones in the necklace is for the wrong date. I've sent pictures of this to a them and all I seem to be getting is the runaround. Oh the correct one is shipped or oh I'm sorry Ill send it again, etc. and this is been going on for almost a month now. Without the correct care, it doesn't make sense to give the gift because it wouldn't make sense to the receiver. I've ask them for instructions on how to process a return and no one has responded to me. People work hard for there money, and when they make a purchase they expect for it to be correct, Mistakes do happen but you need to fix it!Customer response

I bought a birthdate pendant with an engraving for $178.57 on March 2, 2023. On August 5, I filed a customer service request because the gems in the pendant fell out. I was told to ship the necklace back to the company, and pay for the shipment out of pocket. They refunded me for the shipment cost when I requested a refund. They then told me that they would ship out a new necklace. In the meantime, I was never asked to provide or confirm a shipping address. When the necklace never arrived, I contacted customer service again. They informed me that I now have to pay 50% of the cost of the necklace for any redelivery because their procedure is to send replacements to the first address they had on file, no questions asked, unless the customer tells them otherwise. I believe this is entirely unfair, since I was not asked to confirm or provide any delivery address, and there was no way I could have known of this "procedure" of theirs unless informed beforehand. I also did technically alert them of an address change since the "sender address" listed on the necklace I returned was my new address, not the old address, and the company was privy to this information well ahead of time before shipping out the replacement. I believe that they should have checked, or at least informed me of their procedure.Customer response
