I have a online order ********** It has 2 package shipped by *** ****************** ****************** I am in ****** but the package delivered to ** So i have to contact them and they never answer the call I have to email and they said they will check with *** then never reply my message what a customer service everBusiness response

To Whom it May ********************** am working with my *** rep. and their fraud team as they have so far confirmed that the packages were scanned for delivery in their intended location and then somehow the labels were reused and sent to SC. I have been pushing the *** team to get me more information on how and why this occurred as it is completely unprecedented from our side. We apologize for the delay in helping on this as we are confused as well by how this would occur. We are working to rectify the situation for the customer and our company. We have responded to the customer from the customer service level and just are awaiting more information before reaching out again for this issue.

Hello,I received the black nappa Disel shoulder bag as a Christmas gift from my dad (something I wanted for a long time) and 1.5 months later, the handbag began to peel and fall apart. I sent Diesel photos of the bag and explained to them I just got the bag and it seems defective. They told me all they can offer me is 20% off my next purchase. There was no explanation as to WHY they did not want to replace the bag. Now, these are $500+ handbags which isn't cheap. I contacted via phone, email, and even contacted the nearest Diesel store (40+ miles away) for help and the store said they were unable to replace the handbag as it was not purchased in store. This is a prestigious brand that is owned by the same business as Valentino and Prada and I can assure you those brands care more about keeping their clients/customers happy and not just about the $$$. I did not want a refund, but a replacement for the bag. Please help me! They also refuse to share their headquarters info, so I may speak to someone higher up because they should not be robbing people like this and getting away with it.Customer response

I am writing to follow up on my order ********** which I placed during the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, I never received my package, and despite multiple attempts to reach out to your customer service team, I have yet to receive a resolution to this issue. As a result of the extended wait time and lack of assistance from your customer service team, I no longer need or want the product I ordered. The order was intended as a gift, and this whole experience has been extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for my order. I dont want to exchange shoes that I bought. I paid $200 for shoes, but the shoes run VERY large (abnormally large), so i just want to exchange them for a smaller size. When i called, theyre closed. When i email, they refuse. All i want is the same shoes in size 7 womens, and i will return the size 7.5. Thats all.Customer response

Hello, I purchased a 50 ml bottle of Diesel Fuel for Life Cologne. The bottle content is disguised by a material wrapping with a zipper. I recently opened up the zipper and the contents of the bottle was exposed; the cologne was absolutely murky, with debrisfloating in the bottle. I contacted diesel and a representative, ****, directed me to send pictures of the cologne to their email address. I did explain to the representative that the cologne was purchased at a ***** ****, and i unfortunatelydo not have a receipt. I was informed that they will consider this to provide me a resolution. Today, I received an email from *** stating that because the cologne was not purchased from their online store so they cannot help me. I talked to the supervisor, ******* (who refused to provide her last name, or the first initial of last name, or even full Diesel company name) that they basically take no responsibility as to the quality of their product, and that I must contact ***** ****. This is absolutely ludicrous to me because ***** **** would tell me to contact the manufacturer, which I did. Please see attached photos.Customer response

I placed this order on July 7th and the item was delivered to me a few days ago. The size didn't fit me and I am trying to return the shoe. I tried to return it online and also went to a local store which is 50 miles away from my house but unable to return it. I was told that the item is in final sale now and there are no returns on this, however, when I placed the order the item wasn't in the final sale. I contacted customer care multiple times and they were not able to provide any resolution. They just keep telling the shows are now on final sale.Initial Complaint

I bought Diesel Jeans (Order Number *********** from the online store and this is the first time I buying the Diesel merchandise without knowing the fact that the item that I received is not eligible for exchange and return until I received the receipt of the order. If I am buying the first time Diesel merchandise online I may not be fully aware of their size and and measurements because every company size and measurements varies. I always bought jeans from ****** and their slim fit is slim from the waist but legs are straight here at Diesel jeans from top top bottom is slim it is not slim but skinny that's what I have realized after trying Diesel jeans and after that I call customer service and the person was ready for help me and the call got disconnected, When I call second time the other representative told me the previous representative gives you false information and we can not exchange the item, I am sorry this is not a toiletry or undergarments that can not be exchange. You guys are selling expensive jeans and if you are selling it online and some one buying you from the first time they may not aware of your fit and sizes and as a courtesy you should give them a chance to exchange the item if the item is not fitting well. I hope Diesel will understand my Frustration and help me here.Customer response
