H&M has the worst customer service ever! I hate that I like their products. Especially their home decor otherwise I wouldnt shop with H&M at all. Their items are always out of stock. Ive had to report missing items in my order a few times. My last order I received the wrong item. I ordered a bowl that cost $29.99 They shipped me a vase that cost $2.99 and the item I actually ordered is out of stock. **************** did not help me with this matter at all. They advised me to dispute it with my bank. They are horrible!Review from Amy F

Very poor customer service! I ordered a few items and *** lost the package. H&M customer service told me to call back when it said it was delivered and they could help. The girl today was so rude. She refused to open a case and hung up on me. Classy! H&M must be aware of these issues because they ask you to rate the customer service rep. **** only applies to their customer service hotline. Ive always had a great experience in store.Review from Angel D

I placed an online order with H&M on July 26th. My order was split into two packages. While I received half of the order, the other half of the order was not delivered. H&M entrusted my package with doordash delivery. One attempt was made to deliver the package. I contacted customer service 4 times, only to be told by a Manager by the name of *****, that they do not contact the couriers for package status. I contacted Door Dash and was told that H&M just needed to request a redelivery. None of the representatives bothered to do that, because I was told that would take up to 4 weeks. What bothers me is their lack of customer service and empathy. The refund didn't matter, as I was really anticipating this order. Also, each representative had a different script. I'm very disappointed as I thought this issue was being resolved internally. I was told to reorder the item but it's sold out. This issue isn't resolved.Review from Itzel G

Poor customer service! I purchased a couple sets of underwear at full price to try at home. They didnt fit so I when back to the store for a refund. And they declined my return stating that underwear is final sale. Well I was upset and requested a manager and told him, there is no sign displaying final sale, nor I was informed at the checkout. And he pointed out to the receipt in the tiny letters that such policy is disclosed. Thats ridiculous! First of all to get a receipt the purchase is already processed, and no one is reading those tiny letters, its not a contract. They continued to refuse to refund me. I told him that I was upset with this experience, and youll lose my business if Im not helped. He didnt care and said that was fine, totally careless about customer satisfaction. This is misinformation! You should be able to try and fit clothes with a fair return policy. No customer should assume which items are final sale or not. It must be displayed. I purchased a pair of leather sock boots from & Other Stories on 11/24/2023 and upon delivery and one single wear, the leather started to bubble. On 12/5/2023 I contacted customer service and explained the situation. I told them that I had worn the shoes one time, and that the leather started to bubble. They replied that returning them would be no issue, and even sent me a promo code to purchase a new pair, which I did on 12/6/2023. On 12/19/2023 I got notified that because the shoes I returned were "worn" they would not accept them and promptly sent them back to my home, leaving me with two pairs of the exact same shoe. I contacted customer service and got extreme push back with no resolution. I even got the customer service agent, *****, to review and send me the transcript of the conversation I had with the first agent, *******, where they told me that returning the shoes after them being worn once WOULD BE NO ISSUE (I can provide this to the appropriate party).I tried disputing this with my credit card company on 12/19/2023, and on 2/7/2024 I got notified that they "could not find my account with this information available" even through I provided all receipts, order numbers, conversation transcripts from my initial chat, ect. I would like a refund from this company. Regardless of your rules, your employee told me that returning the item would be no problem, and then you all backed out on your word. I now have two pairs of the exact same boot.... Looking forward to resolution.Review from Ada Z

I experienced discrimination when I called their customer service. When I complaint about the experience, they responded the email without reading the whole email (not long though) blaming me for not providing enough detail.Review from Ally P

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a suit for my son to be a ring bearer in a wedding and it was sent via DoorDash. After it wasn't delivered a week later I called and was told that they "couldn't find our house" - not an apartment, not a gated community, our literal house on an open street. They would reattempt delivery. For an additional 3 days the tracking just said delivery exception because the package could not be located. My husband called and they said they had no idea what was going on and to just "wait it out". I called again today, another 4 days later, and was told because I'm not my husband who placed the order they can't help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said only if I got my husband on the line and basically wouldn't cancel, refund, or replace the order. They also assumed it wasn't me because of the male name on the account rather than confirming any details, which I asked about since it wasn't a problem the first time, and they back tracked and said well now we know it isn't you. This is the worst, most discriminatory experience I've had in customer service and not only have no product to show for it but have lost money as well.Review from Sina L

I feel frauded by H&M. I placed an online order May 18th and it has not shipped yettoday is June 4th. I asked several times for them to cancel my orderI tried calling and waited for an hour and never ended up speaking with an agent. Ive sent emails.I asked for a manger to call me and never got a call backthe order still hasnt been cancelled and this amount has been just pending on my credit card blocking me from making other purchases since I have a low credit limit. This has been the most stessful experience with a retail store Ive ever hadI have been a customer for year and cant believe how they couldnt care lessthey dont care at all about the customersReview from Plika P

I didnt get my full order, 2 items were missing, when I called to ask the items to be reshipped or refunded I was told that since there has been other items missing from my previous orders they no longer can give me a refund and they cant ****** the missing items - I am out of $38 cause they have made mistakes and not shipped everything I paid for????????????????????????Review from Ryan L

I made a purchase in ***** ***** The representative saw I was using *** app but did not mention the return policy. I cant return back home in *******. I found out after making my way to hm in Brooklyn **. The manager there give me customer service number and advised that I can reach corporate through that number by requesting I reach a Rep who went by **** after explaining the situation and asking for corporate ***************** up on me. No one wanted to help. No one told me I wouldnt be able to return back home and no on where on this receipt does it say you can not return outside of *****. *** traveled plenty of places and have never ran into this problem, then to be hung up on instead of providing corporates number bonkers. I barely shop HM but this is it Ill be calling my bank.
