I purchased a bunch of shirts from this company Fresh Prints LLC. I have pictures showing I specifically stated I wanted embroidery on my shirts. I have started a personal training business which is why I was buying these shirts, to promote my business. I sent them all my designs and had clearly stated I only wanted embroidery, no printing on the shirts. I went back and forth with the man I Lijo who I was speaking with through text and email. Ended up placing the order. Flash forward a few weeks, around September 25th, I received the shirts and they were NOT embroidered. They ended up doing screen printing plus a shirt came ripped. I brought up this matter with the company and Lijo tried to claim he told me they were going to do screen printing which I have proof he never stated that. All he said was they suggest to do screen print on the fabric of shirt that was chosen, to not do embroidery as embroidery would not look good on that fabric. He never confirmed it with me and went to change my order on me WITHOUT my consent. Then a day after I had the shirts, 2 of them ripped from wearing them once. They processed me a partial refund for that. Then another 3 shirts ripped the day after and all they offered was a $17 refund, nothing more. Not only am I completely unhappy with the shirts, now it seems like a shirt rips every single day for absolutely no reason. I paid about $1,000 dollars to them for extremely low quality shirts that rip after wearing them 2 times. That is all I have worn each shirt for so far. 2-3 times each shirts that I kept for myself from the batch. Now they wont respond. I did not pay this company $1,000 dollars for shirts that they changed on me without my consent for more than 7 of them to rip on me after wearing them 2-3 times.Business response
