      I bought my fendi bag from ************* with receipt. I wore it three times because its defective the color faded away right after the third time to be worn I showed it to the Italy store and was told that they can exchange it for me and its defective but Im not staying in ***** for this long time for the process so they told me Fendi in America will help. I contacted them and I was told that its because its pink when I wear it the color normally fades away because its leather. This is a 3000 bag. It doesnt make sense and fendi in ***** said its defective . They want to fix it for $100 its also under warranty but they said its under warranty if its defective and for them in America its not defective. I need help because this is not how they should handle customers. I have all proof needed. Thanks

      The worse experience ever ! Horrible customer service Will never deal with them again and will tell to all my friends and relatives Dont deal with this company ! Completely disaster !!!Shame on you !

      I purchased a shirt from this company and I seen the shirt was to small by looking at the size of the shirt and emailed the company to exchange it for a bigger size. The company told me they do not do exchanges so I returned the shirt and they sent it back stating it could not be returned because the shirt was dirty or stained. I never tried the shirt on. So I looked at the shirt when I opened the box and the shirt has a stain on it that had to have come from the company because the stain looks as if it was washed. I contacted the company and they told me I could not return it because of the stain. So basically I paid for a stained dirty to small shirt from the company. This company just basically got over on me because its no way I could have put that stain on that shirt and it dry by the time I sent it back.

      Unfortunately, I ordered earring from this company on July 7,2022 and even paid extra to have the ship meant expedited. The earrings required signature but somehow they were released from shipper which was *** without my signature and I never received the earrings. I then called Fendi customer service 7/8/2022 and informed them I did not receive my package. They opened up a claim with **** Since then *** contacted me 7/23/2022 and told me claim was approved. Monday 7/25/2022 I called fendi to get status and called almost Everyday this week. I have been hung up on several time even hung up On before i am able to speak a word. They are blaming *** with no answers or resources. I was told the have **** days to settle my claims and it has been pass the time frame. Ive asked for supervisor or manager several times to no avail. Even asked for email correspondence nothing is being done. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed in this company. I will never shop here again.

      On march 25th at approximately **** I went to the Fendi store in ********* and was racially profiled against I called and made a complaint was told by ******** I would get a follow up but instead no complaints was formed. I entered the manhasset area on march 25 Friday and was ignored by the the two sales rep simply because of my skin color while another customer was getting all the attention, I asked for assistance and the two rep a male and female Caucasians stood and did not attend to me in any way I was so embarrassed all I could do was walked out. I have been shopping at manhasset for 20 years and I am well known in most the stores never have I ever encountered such disrespect and humiliation this is unacceptable and Im gonna continue spreading my words
