I placed an order with the beauty company and was not given several gifts that were supposed to have been included. They guarantee complimentary samples even though code rewards are not but no one would help resolve my issue and escalating did nothing. I even had various messages to them straight up ignored, this company has horrible customer service for a respected designer and i am disgusted and would never support them again. Keep in mind this is after I spent around $1000.Review from Jennie C

I refunded a bikini bottom and it was cancelled because **** said it was damaged. I received the item and it was not damaged at all and sent a video and photos to customer service. **************** told me to dispute with my bank and they refused to refund me $588. My bank told me that I could not cancel the payment and I had to bear the loss myself.Christian Dior, Inc. Response

Extremely disappointed with **** in terms of quality AND customer service as a result of the issues I had with a gift from my husband.Sad to say, after enjoying cosmetics from this brand for years - they have lost a loyal customer. My husband purchased the *************** Edition eyeshadow palette/ nail polish set as a thoughtful gift for my 30th birthday.Unfortunately, the Dior nail polish is absolutely terrible quality - it lasts a day, IF that. Meanwhile a 15 dollar nail polish from *********************** from the drugstore can easily last you a week. While ***** website states our Client Advisors will be delighted to assist you - the Client Advisor I spoke to on the phone line sounded more so as though he hoped Id drop dead after our call. They handled the call with a tone and demeanor that was notably rude and abrasive.When I asked does Dior not stand by the quality of its products? He responded if that is what you infer.They essentially informed me that **** wont do anything. As I persisted on the matter, they did submit a request, which was denied by email a couple days later.Oh, but they did offer me a code on my next order to receive extra complimentary ********************* What a joke and honestly just a slap in the face from what was one of my favourite makeup brands.Be assured that your comments have a great importance for DIOR for which the aim has always been the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its clients. I ordered a pair of earrings for a graduation present. Timing of the item was extremely important. No delivery attempt was made and the item was sent back. I called to find out why and was told there was no attempted delivery and there was an issue on the truck. Item was received by Dior 5/14/24. I was told it will now take 7-10 business days to reship. Unless I pay again full price, and then wait ***** days for one refund. This is awful customer service. Ive ordered from several other brands. Never have I been told there is nothing we can do unless I double charge you, even though they have the items in hand verified by the tracking it was signed for and Im out the money and stuck waiting. There is zero reason they cant ship a new item immediately, this is an huge inconvenience which isnt my fault at all. Ive fully paid for an item I do not have. I placed an order, chose free samples as Dior promises at checkout, paid using my PayPal account but no samples and minidior were delivered. I then spoke with a customer service rep who told me that I must have to pay with debit or credit card the next purchases if I want the complementary samples. It is a false advertisement since they don't inform in the payment section of their website that the PayPal payments will not include the promised complementary samples and minis. They sent to me a discount code for future purchases but I won't bother with this corrupt company again. I keep stick to Chanel.Review from SHETH S

I ordered 4 bags from Dior and received only 2 instead of 4 bags. I provided all pics as a proof of what I received and they are telling me that it will take 20 business days for investigate. Their customer service is horrible and they are declining to refund for other two bags. I am trying to get update every other day but getting same answers, but no response.Pls REFUND customers ASAP! ******************* is a Crypto Scammer: I met this lady online via a dating website called Silver, claiming that her name is "*******************" on or around December 2023. She introduced herself as a lady who lives & works in **********, she works for **** as a district manager. I couldn't find anything on a platform exchange called Lontl but a fake one and it is registered to *********. I started tracking her pictures and I found that the picture she sent me was listed as an ****** girl for a SPA company in *****. After I started doubting her identity, I didn't say anything but I started withdrew money from Lontl twice. She kept insisting once getting more money from family members but I refused to do so knowing that it might be a scam and I won't be able to give that money back to any of my family members, she kept doing the trades until the account on ***** reached $174,000 on 02/19/2024. The same night she told me that the bonus period has ended and now you can withdraw all the funds at once. LONTL exchange is fraud.After I requested the withdraw of the whole amount, 30 minutes later I received an email stating that I have to pay 22 % of the amount before I can withdraw all the funds back to my bank account. So I texted her and she said I have to wire the amount of 34k to Lontl before they release my original amount I originally invested, so I did more research and I found a law called "Pig Butcher Law" which states that you are throwing good money after bad money. Today I have confirmed that this Platform is fake and lots of people are falling victims to the international scheme and I would like to share any info to stop these scammers from lying and defrauding ** Citizens and especially the ********** team who live in **********, Not sure if that person truly lives in ** or not but that is what she is claiming. MISSING ITEM! No update for Refund since 12/2023 I ordered Qty: 2 of Rouge Dior Minaudiere Clutch. I only receive 1!!! This was way back December 2023. Its almost February ****! No update on Refund..Ive been calling every week. The system for investigation and Refund is very poor. I suggested that they can run the video camera whoever did the packaging for that item. I followed all instructions, sent photos for dior and **** communicated with *** as well. This is a HASSLE! I reported that I received the package sealed from *** but missing content. Dior Beauty has deceptive practices. I know they're F rated and don't can't about reviews but just on principle I'll leave a review. Their Beauty Loyalty program is deceptive and they don't give you all the information up front. I placed 2 orders on different days (Jan 16 and 17) which qualified me for their Silver status tier. The second order was an after thought and I didn't think much about the loyalty program since benefits are usually not great. However, the website said it qualified me for silver so that was an added bonus. However the status didn't update and according to customer service on 1/22 because the purchases weren't 24 hours apart it didn't qualify. Deceptive marketing at it's finest. This information as of 1/22 is no where on their website. It's their internal policy but this is information that should have been public. Apparently if I had waited an hour it would have counted which is baffling. It should have been made clear and their website shouldn't say I'd reach Silver if I'm not going to reach silver because it's not an eligible purchase.
