I bought a shirt from the Armani Store in *******************. I was visiting from ******** the shirt didn't match the sweatsuit I bought. And I had returned to ******** I was told I could return the item in ** but we only have a outlet store and they wouldn't accept the shirt or refund the shirt. So I called the ************* back and I was told to send it back and they would take it from there three weeks later numerous phone calls talking to General Managers and assistant GM and still no resolve. I'm already out of ten dollars for the shipping now there trying to get me for the whole $75.00. So I called customer service they were no help at all! So I decided to call the corporate number and they didn't even answer the phone. Just a bunch of prompts to go to the operater. And the number on this page isn't even a working number. So this is my problem that I need resolved. I know it's only $75.00 but it's about principle, I'm the common man not a millionaire and I refuse to be taken advantage of by a company that me and my wife spend a lot of money at.Review from Mimi M.

I purchased on-line their My Way Perfume which is supposed to be pink. It was not. It was yellow. After 10 calls to customer service and emails, they finally agreed to let me mail the product back for refund. After that, they said due to 'technical' problem, they were mailing the product back. After several emails, I was told the problem was that I did not return the plastic wrapping. What???? How could I see the fraudulent product if I didn't open the wrapper? That was the only thing I threw away. All the other original packaging- the perfume and Armani box was returned. This company does not stand behind it's product. They also told me the product was fine, yet ALL their advertisements show the product is pink. I also saw this when I looked at the product in the Department stores. Totally bogus company! I just wanted the opportunity to get my money back for this inferior product. Apparently they don't care about their reputation.Review from Richard E

I bought a 120 dollar gift set of armani aqua di gio mens Parfums!! ITS GARBAGE,, flat out junk..The scent lasts about an hr and it's gone ! Iv been wearing this product for several years and the order I just received was an over priced box of watered down junk.. THIS TWICE IN 5 MONTHS ,I bought the small aqua di gio toilette And SAME THING >> SCENT DIDNT LAST OVER AN HOUR!! So, il never EVER buy armani products ever again and I encourage others to be very very careful and think twice before buying armani for men colognes or Parfums!!
