Its truly crap! Bad quality purses not made up for even to minimum standards and not as promised for a purse USD200+. Bought a TB OG online last year, only to discover after less than 1 year it is discolored. I know how to take very good care of purses and always ensure my purse is sitting well and doesnt rub against any harsh surface - only to have my newly bought purse look like this!Do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY A TORY BURCH! Their support kept repeating that their return policy is ******************************* replacement with a new similar purse like any other decent manufacturer. Im very disappointed on how Tory Burch treats its customers. Ive been a customer of ********************** for years but this is my first online order. After speaking to ***** they say that my order was delivered and then I called again after a phone call with Tory Burch and this time they say oh it was delievered to the wrong address and that they will address the issue with Tory Burch and when I called Tory Burch with this information they said that they will start an investigation and get back to me and then 3 days later I was contacted via email that they cannot do anything for me as ***** claims it was delivered. And I asked what should I do at this point as Im literally being tossed between the two companies and Tory butch responded that I can look for other options and that they cant reship or refund. Tory Burch is a complete scam at this point and I cant be more angry at my lost money and at the fact that such a company is so rude to tell you to go figure it somewhere else and that they cant reship or refund. I even stated that Id like to send them pictures of my property as proof but that didnt resolve the issue for me. I will never buy anything from them again nor will I even recommend for anyone to buy from such a scam.Tory Burch, LLC Response

I recently purchased items online. Ordering was smooth; however, the carrier they used ******* delivered the items to the wrong address. I contacted both ***** and Tory Burch for this issue, and they both say it's not their issue since it got delivered successfully and that Tory Burch cannot provide a refund or resend the items. The merchants they sell aren't cheap and do not provide any solutions when the items are lost due to their carrier. How can we trust this company and make the purchase? I provided pictures of the front door images of the delivered house and my front door image to show that it got delivered to the wrong house and they still said it's not their issue. I've dealt with other merchants who provide solutions to their customers, but ********************** has awful customer service and this company doesn't deserve customer's trust. A friend of mine wanted this Tory Burch pair of shoes which cost a lot, but since she's a dear friend, I ordered it for her and paid for it. The shoes never arrived. It was never delivered to me. Tory Burch said that ***** left it with the front desk/receptionist, and someone even signed for it, but the front desk/receptionist in my building said they never received any package delivery. They either delivered it to the wrong person or this is a scam. Do NOT ever buy from Tory Burch. I tried to email and call them several times, and the response is awful. I want a refund. I made an online purchase on Tory Burch website, this was delivered by xxxxx on june 4th. However, when I hot back to the house my package was not there. I contacted tory burch customer service and reported this and they made me wait 8 days for them to tell me the package was successfully delivered and they wont replace my order or refund me. I am writing regarding my recent purchase and disappointment from Tory Burch. I purchased a handbag. I received a box which was delivered to me by ***** and was left out on my porch while I was at work. I came home and brought the box inside which looked half open and incredibly light. Upon opening I found there was nothing inside the box just a wrapping paper which had the Tory Burch foil tag on it. I was so worried and tried to chat online and they told me they will investigate the issue and will see what happened. I sent them pictures of the box and told them how it looked tempered with more than half way open. Today I received an email that they investigated and found that the warehouse had put the bag inside the box. The point here is I havent received the bag! Its Unbelievable how unprofessional that is. A customer paid you for a service and he/she should receive the best possible customer service and care. I made a purchase on-line and my credit card was charged for the item. I check my credit and there is an additional pending charge on my credit card for the same amount. Its like they are charging me twice for my purchase. *** called and asks that they remove the pending charge considering y order is paid for and know one can help me. Just over a year since I bought a bag and the strap is fraying. I thought that I was getting quality for what I paid, but cheaper purses have help up better. I will never again buy a Tory Burch product. I even reached out to their customer service to see if this was normal, what the warranty was, how to handle if its a defect, etc. They said that they stand behind their products and then offered no assistance or answer other than going to a local cobbler and paying for repairs.Tory Burch, LLC Response

The order I placed automatically removed the building unit from the shipping address. After I noticed incomplete shipping address and contacted customer service, they said they will contact ***** to update the address. They emailed me a confirmation email later saying that they contacted the ***** and updated the address to include unit number. On the day of delivery, I received operational delay message from ***** saying the building number is incorrect. I called ***** and was informed a completely different building number than the number that Tory Burch customer service confirmation e-mail mentioned. I have not received the package and not sure if I will. I request Tory Burch to either contact ***** again to update the building number correctly with confirmation of address change from them, or reship the package to the correct address thats listed in my account if the package get returned to the warehouse.Tory Burch, LLC Response

You've been warned - Don't order from Tory Burch!While the specialists are nice they are not empowered to do anything. The ordering, shipping and reconciling are all different departments who don't talk to each other.I placed an order, received a shipment notification, but there were no updates of the shipment for 5 days. When I contacted Tory Burch they said it was with the carrier, but couldn't confirm so they decided to re-ship the item again. (I contacted the Carrier and they said they never received the item.) Unfortunately when they told me it would take them another 5 days, I asked to cancel the purchase instead. They said that it would take 24 hours to cancel since they had already submitted the re-shipment. 24 hours later, item as finally canceled and I was told I would receive a refund in 3 - 5 days. 5 days later no refund.I contacted them again and was informed that the refund was never processed so it'll be another 5 days.Let's hope that I finally do get the refund.Tory Burch, LLC Response
