Easy Sign up, great customer service personnel, this is the Business form of payday loans. never got a good idea on interest rate until signing papers. ended up being near a 40% interest rate. they offer a refinance option once 30% of loan is paid the only trick here is they use your new bank statements then want to deny refinance due to high risk of income to debt ratio. caused in my case by a $477.31 weekly payment. ended up paying loan off early and they offered a .25% interest forgiveness. would only recommend using this service for an extremely short term and easy payoff or you risk stressing your finances.Review from Cory S

**********, ***** is the guy that was handling my application, this guy COMPLETELY wasted my time by asking all this information about my business, what Id use the money for, and even told me I can get an answer as fast as the end of the day after I provide my bank statements, well guess what, its been 3-4 weeks and I still have not heard from him, OnDeck is so unprofessional that rather than sending you a denial or something of that sort, they literally stop communicating with you, this guy hasnt responded to any of my emails or anything, this guy should be fired, they basically took my information and stopped responding right after they received it, & I know I was talking to a legit guy because he has an OnDeck business email. STAY AWAY FROM ONDECK, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFO AND STOP REPLYING AFTERWARDSOn Deck Capital, Inc. Response

I was a victim of predatory lending and a breach in the fair lending laws. The representative on the phone assured me I was getting a 35% interest rate, which I found high, however, the paper work came up with 69% which he attributed to a system issue with the applications for new loans.I just found out I have actually been paying *****% on my line of credit!!Run from these peopleOn Deck Capital, Inc. I really dont understand On Deck procedures. In one day two different emails: one with a call to action, i.e., use your credit line and other one putting the line on Hold due to the hurricane. Come on. ***** is not in a hurricane path. I'm confused!On Deck Capital, Inc. Response

Wow. Should have read the reviews FIRST. I asked for a payoff. I was given a payoff amount. I paid exactly that amount in 2 transactions because my bank had a limit on the wire amount. I was charged an additional $468 in interest. It is definitely a scam.On Deck Capital, Inc. Response

I wasnt communicated with honestly. I was told that my payment after the first draw made that month would result in an invoice date of next month. However, that is not the case. They immediately charged and invoiced for the same month it was in within a few days. This company lacks integrity and lies to their customers. Ive done a few loans with them over the years but in 2022 they had a data breach and since then I have been bombarded with scam text messages and emails, some purporting to be from OnDeck, about business financing. They should pass a law mandating that companies that collect such customer data spend the money to properly safeguard that information.On Deck Capital, Inc. Response

Please tell your supervisors or something how ***** in ******** is getting FRUSTRATED with your company. FIrst I get some guy just to sell me the moon and stars to sign up.Then I get an account manager that cannot even help me.So then I call to change my bank account to continue to pay YOU, and I'm told that I can't change my bank? How in the world do I pay you all then?So then I get sent over to some department that does not explain anything.So then I add my name as that's what I see when I log into my account and that is wrong.This is just hard to just to be a good client. I had a very disappointing experience with OnDeck. After realizing that I was not dealing directly with OnDeck but rather a parent company, I requested that my personal information be removed from their database. Despite my clear request and citing privacy concerns, they refused to comply, stating that Texas privacy law does not apply to individuals acting in a commercial context.This is unacceptable as they have my personal information and continue to market to me, call me, and try to send me to their finance partners. This is exactly what I feared when dealing with a company that displays Trustpilot reviews. Their refusal to respect my privacy and their continued marketing efforts despite my opt-out request have left me frustrated and concerned about their business practices.I would not recommend OnDeck to anyone who values their privacy and expects a company to honor their requests regarding personal information.On Deck Capital, Inc.
