I have consulted Primary Insight clients to very positive reviews 5 or 6 times in the last 5 years. They continue to reach out to me for consultation. After increasingly long times to pay me, I informed them last year that I would not consult unless they agreed to pay in a reasonable timeframe. Industry norms are **** business days, some companies pay in 3-5 days, start-*** sometimes pay Net30. ** claims ***** days, but I told them this was unacceptable, and they agreed in writing to pay according to the norm. So, I consulted their client for 60 minutes on August 8th, 2023. It is now close to 60- days and they haven't paid. More importantly, I've left 5-6 voicemails and emailed their AP and my contacts and have not been given the courtesy of a return call or email. I am filing a complaint, as I see most other consultants of PI are being given the same unprofessional treatment. I am filing my complaint due to a) I have not been paid for my services two months ago. b) extraordinary long times to pay, well beyond industry norms. c) dishonesty - they promised they would pay me based on industry norms, which I expressly told them is **** business days. d) lack of response - they do not respond at all to vm's or emails, even though they provide their accounting (AP) phone number and email.Customer response

I completed a phone consulting session on October 11, 2022 and have not received payment as agreed. I have emailed and called the company. I was told as recently as a week ago that I'd receive the payment due. I have not received payment. I just called Accounts Payable again today, and there was no answer.Customer response

I was reached out to consult on a call. Its been over 90 days, I have not received the fee that was promised to me. The most annoying thing is just following up, no replies to emails or phone calls. Its more the principle of the matterCustomer response

I was hired as a consultant. I completed my task and was to be paid within 90 days. I completed my work in April. They have not paid **** have contacted my sales rep four times and AP two times. All dead end with voice mail. I'm never contacted back and have not been paid.Customer response

Ive read on your site the same complaint about this company! I was approached by Primary Insight to do a 1 hour phone call as a healthcare consultant for $500 that was on 9/13. *** called several times and left several messages to different extensions & NO ONE RETURNS MY CALL. I think Ive been scammed & will never receive my $500 fee they promised! CAN YOU PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS SITUATION FOR ME?Thank YouCustomer response
