      This app pays you to play games. You also get paid for purchases in games. I had no problems at first until suddenly one game no longer paid me for purchases with no indication beforehand. I thought it might be the game developer not paying but now I'm not sure. It was tracked in the app so if it was paid Benjamin kept it and now I feel robbed. Support is unhelped and I only got automated responses and they kept closing tickets and marking them resolved.This women had the same issue with the game I played and another. This is her review. *********************************************************** Their Trustpilot score is horrible. Many others feel scammed. According to the other game's developer they did not reject her reward like Benjamin said so they lied out it. One person on ****** said their TOS basically says everything you make belongs to them and they give rewards as a courtesy but I'm not an expert. Here is the terms. ******************************************************************** else said it was legally flawed but I don't know. Can this TOS really apply to the money I spend? If so then why did they lie to the women? This is extremely shady and behavior. At any point they can keep your money with no explanation or by lying?If I'm able to get the money back I spent I would like to because I should've gotten a little over $160 from this game after spending but I doubt I'll ever see it. This just feels like a scam. I never would have paid money for nothing back. Only for an offer promised on the game's page. Marking them complete and keeping the money wrong.Hopefully I filed this in the right place. I attached screenshots of my purchases. It's not a huge amount but even losing a small amount of money is a bad feeling. If I can't get my money back I just want people to know about this app being shady. Other people were fooled into spending their money too and no amount of money I make on that app will ever make me feel less scammed.Thank you.

      In regards to to complaint ID ********,

      I finally recieived a reward for this game today. One was for a single one of my purchases and the other a milestone but it was about the equivalent of what I spent so I'm satisfied and I'll consider it a refund. I don't know if this was a response from the message here or from my messages in the app. Maybe it was just slow to give the credit.


      If that is the case to avoid things like this in the future and to avoid being flooded with tickets perhaps this company should implement a news feature of some kind into the app itself to let people know to avoid playing games for a while or spending if they were really updating systems like someone said. No communication at all is an issue many people seem to have with this app and this may help with that.

      The business is unwilling to payout the funds i earned by completing the tasks on their app some of which involved me spending my own money to complete. I have over $125 in the account waiting in my balance and when I attempt the withdrawal it just says under review for 48 hrs. It's now been over 20 days since I first attempted the withdrawal. I have reached out to customer support and it will usually take multiple days and multiple messages before I get any response and their response ignores my questions and just says they are waiting for "return periods" to pass but can't tell me how long return periods are a, nor are they stated anywhere. I have had a previous withdrawal for a much smaller amount that went through fine but they seem to be unwilling to pay me the balance I have available or respond to my support messages.

      I have created 2 ticket regarding a withdrawal issue with what I have earn. I get a we will get back to you so I try again and it say what 48 hours and try again. It been giving me the same message since Oct 4 when I have reached out I have sent screenshots and still no one yet to communicate any updates. If they can give some timeframe of when they will respond back but it caused me to open a new to ticket.

      i am a fairly new member or user with ******************** app gaming and other app i have had tickets in that wait for as long as a month. it gets entered and no one responds. i send emails that never get answered. and the response is not human.

      I have been playing games online through Benjamin app to make extra cash. It has worked fi e for a while but now they owe me game rewards of over $12. I left a reiew nline whe customer service would not resolve the unpaid issue as well as I have stopped playing **** games now and it has cost me to lose multiple other rewards. They responded to my review twice and did NOT help in any way after saying theu would. They have ducked and dodgwd me multiple times. They have the abolute worst customer service I have ever encountered ! I want them to pay what is owed as that is the only way to resolve this issue. They have had tge proof of goals hit for rewards for over a month now. They shoukd have to pay missed rewards as well caused by theor deliberate lack of customer service but that would be a ling shot so ay what is owed, it is that easy. Fix customer servie as well. All I want is the money I earned period !! This has been a wast of time and a serious waste of time.

      The business is only dodgeing the proper action. I have filed MULTIPLE tickets with the business and they are aware !!! The response they gave is a direct excuse to further avoid paying what is owed which is at the moment more than $17. Given that multiple attempts to deal directly with the business I have stated same as before the only resolution is to pay what is owed for my time wasted !! They recently asked me to send an email to them in regards to the bad review I made and they have sent me the same response each time and this last time they have blown me off for 2 weeks now. Which is ref#B1180.  I have been asked on 3 occassions to send message with that ref attached and every time its the same. Pay what is owed, that is the only resolution. They gave that generic response to avoid doing what is right !! I tried dealing with then and this is why we are here at bbb now.

      I played Idle Zombie Miner for 31 days to reach level 25. I completed it within the time frame and was never rewarded my $20.18. I reached out and sent all the correct information and they agreed but refuse to pay me because they said they never got paid. Part of doing business is not taking it out on your customer. An email or something should go out stating not to play the game. Nothing, both Benjamin and the developer both got what they wanted out of it but not me. I got offered $5. This sounds like a complete scam and fraud on Benjamins behalf. I am disgusted by their AI customer service and anything less than $20.18 is unacceptable.

      i very clearly added all the documents showing I completed the reward. It took over 2 weeks for their AI generated machine to give a generic answer. Had they have read it they would see everything there.

      Completed the offer I started and the last two tiers of it didnt track despite not having left my house or my WiFi and the other several lower tiers that dont pay much tracked fine; submitted a ticket with proof of completion. 5 weeks go by, no updates. I leave a 1 star review and am told to email their support team, so I do, get answered quickly and told Ill have the money within 48 hours. That was a week and a half ago, and back to no responses when I ask for an update. Seems like a scam. They owe me $110.
