When I was at my wit's end after a catastrophic flood from the apartment upstairs destroyed my studio, I found a wonderful team in *****, *******, and *****. ***** was my biggest champion against the insurance company to make sure the renovation job was done right, and ******* was the absolute ****** of ********** Timelines were realistic, and actually finished ON SCHEDULE and ON BUDGET, which was an amazing feat in itself. ***** kept me informed / looped in throughout the entire project, and I felt very assured that I was receiving top notch service, quality, and incredible value for what was paid. I had complete faith in my team, and highly recommend NYTDR to anyone needing a dynamo team to achieve their vision for their space.

I needed some grout and tile work done after structural work in my building made some of the tiles to crack, and then mold set in, etc. It was a growing mess. I reached out to the company and couldn’t believe it but Perry himself came out to look at the wall. He gave me some reality checks about what it would cost to replace and then suggested just doing repair work. He could have said the only option was to rebuild the wall - that would have been a nice $$ project for them. So not only was he a mensch for being honest about the option to repair but then did it all as part of the warranty on the original job! Beyond the call of duty, since the damage wasn’t a result of their work. AND the original job was 10+ years old. The guys they sent out to do the work were ace (AND polite AND on time). In terms of customer interface, Noy was super-responsive - sort of the opposite of what I’ve come to expect in the contracting biz, where people don’t call you back and don’t listen to what you say. This was an all-around great experience and I’m truly grateful.NYTDR Corporation Response
