HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Placed a bulk order for a company event for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and were promised an Asian snack box and less than 50% were Asian snacks. ********, the sales rep was awful, really mean and gaslighted us the whole conversation. Avoid this company at all costs. Deserves 0 stars or rather minus, the snacks were cheap and bad.

This company is a scam and a half. I got a gift card for the value of 1 month. So I chose the "one month" option. There were multiple options listed, some of them for longer time periods, like 3 months, etc. I only wanted to spend the gift card so I signed up for 1 month. It's literally called "1 Month Journey" which obviously implies that I only wanted 1. I should have known it was a scam when it asked for my credit card, but i submitted by order and never even set up an online account with the company. I actually completely forgot about them. Then a month later I get billed another $55, which reminds me that I never did get the order I originally purchased. I had to create an account on their website, which only shows me the two orders and no option to change/cancel. There's an FAQ telling me I can cancel by going to the "subscriptions" tab, but there is no subscriptions tab. Another FAQ mentions a dashboard- also non-existent. There's not even any way for me to change my payment information if I did want to continue subscribing. They know nobody wants to keep subscribing, so it's best for them to make it as inaccessible as possible. The only contact is an email, where I was told that they will cancel my account but not refund me for today's payment because they hid in their find print that even the "1 month" option is a recurring subscription. They are intentionally deceiving customers by offering a "1 month journey" and hiding details of a recurring subscription in the fine print. I can't tell you how their product is, because despite being charged twice now I still have never received it. However, it's clear that they themselves do not believe in their product, otherwise they wouldn't need to resort to unethical business practices to take people's money.

Do not purchase anything from this company! I ordered one box to be delivered every three months for 9 months and here ********* months later and they are still delivering the package full of expired products to an address where my son no longer lives. I cant call them because they do not have a phone number. Tried emailing and chatting. They took $180.00 out of my account last month. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one in order to stop them from stealing my money! If I could give zero stars I would.
