      I just tried to redeem a Justice gift card and it did not work. I saw that Justice went into bankruptcy and that gift cards purchased before 2021 cannot be redeemed. The gift card says there is no expiration date. Even though Justice still has an online website, I cannot use my gift card. I had no idea that Justice went bankrupt until today. The company should have done a better job making customers aware of this. I am very upset because the gift card was unused and had a good balance on it.

      Justice brands prior owner, ************************** filed for a Chapter 11 in 2020. Per order from the Bankruptcy Court, gift cards from the prior owner could no longer be redeemed after January 15, 2021. This information was made available on the Justice website as of October 2020. In addition, we do not have access to any customer information,including gift cards, from the prior owner.

      I am trying to use a justice gift card at their website online online, and the website is telling me that it cannot be used after 2021. The card itself says that it has no expiration date so there was no way for me to know that I had to use it before 2021 because it says right on the car that it does not expire.

      The gift card that you have was issued by the previous owner of the Justice brand, which was ******************** Inc.("******"). ****** filed for bankruptcy in 2020 and we subsequently purchased the Justice trademarks through the bankruptcy court. As part order of the bankruptcy court, all gift cards that were issued by ****** needed to be used by January 15, 2021 during the time that ****** was completing its winddown.We, as the new owners, do not have access to any of the gift card information for gift cards that ****** issued.

      We understand that this is likely not the response that you wanted to receive, but I will reach out to the new JUSTICE website operator to inquire if they can send you some type of discount code to be used towards a future purchase.

      I placed a somewhat large order of clothes for my daughter on December 1st. Not until the order confirmation was received was I notified that it would take **** business days to process and ship my order (not to receive it). Today is the 11th business day and my order has still yet to ship. Yet, Justice has continued to run sales and promotions, as if they're capable of fulfilling these orders. I have contacted them 3 times with no empathy about this and no urgency from the **************** associates. The last associate posed as a manager and promised to send a message to the warehouse, which I now realize was just blatant lying. I have little confidence that this company intends to send my items or that that even have these items in stock as advertised. Completely disappointed by this experience and want my child to have clothing on her back.

      Where do I even begin? I made a pretty large purchase on 7/10. At the time of purchase there was a shipping time under 2 weeks posted on their website. It took over 6 weeks to ship. During that time I emailed regularly and kept getting the same generic email about it processing soon and I could get a refund if I wanted. No genuine help or remorse for the situation. By the time it shipped quite a few items were sold out. There is still an item I am missing that they claim was refunded but I have no proof of that happening. They also refused to rectify the situation because of the missing items, missing refund, massive delay in shipping. Not even a single discount coupon for my next purchase. Buyer beware this company should not be in business!

      I placed an order on July 12,2023 for over $150 purchase as I have done many times in the past. I have contacted customer service and have been told on numerous occasions that my order should be shipped out by the end of next week and that the warehouse is behind. I am now over 2 months out and my order still hasnt been shipped and I get no where in speaking with customer service because obviously they dont know what they are talking about. This used to be a great store that had quick shipping times, but with this experience I will not recommend or order anything from them again! Horrible customer experience that Im still dealing with over 2 months out - where are my items ordered and paid for????

      I made an online purchase at shopJustice.com on July 18, 2023 at approximately 9:27am. This purchase was for the amount of $131.65. The order number is ******. They said they are running on a 3-4 week turn around. I called on 8.30.22, 9.1.23 and on 9.6.23 . The first phone call ******* explained that they were on a 3 week turn around I explained to him that that turn around window has passed. The second and 3rd call I asked that my order be expedited. The customer service reps expressed that they would send an email asking the warehouse to expedite my order. It is currently 9.12.23 just a week short of 2 months since my order was placed and as you can see in the attached pictures that order is still unfulfilled. I am looking for have my order from almost 2 months ago shipped to me expeditiously.

      I placed an online order on 7/10/23 for $408.76. Order # ***********. I began emailing on July 31st as it had been 3 weeks since the order was placed with no shipping date. I was told via generic email they are overwhelmed by orders for back to school and shipping was expected in 3-4 weeks. I emailed again August 4th and was told similar time frame, but some instance it is taking longer. I have never ordered from a business who takes the money weeks ahead without shipping product. I continued to email weekly, with similar generic responses when I requested someone higher up to respond. I emailed again this week, but no ETA. I was credited ****fo r some items out of stock on 8/22/23-still no items from the order have shipped.

      My transaction took place on July 11, 2023 with promised shipping within **** business days due to high order volume. I am now 6 weeks in and have yet to get an update about a possible delivery date. Justice deducted $87.17 the day I placed the order which other companies usually DON'T do until shipping has taken place. They are functioning off of consumers money without delivering products. When reaching out to them the customer service line frequently hangs up stating high call volume. When I have been able to get a live person management returns calls from bogus phone numbers that looks to have no association with the company, picture attached. I also went on their Instagram page @JUSTICE and this seems to be an issue being experienced by the majority of their customers. Comments of people pleading for them to stop taking orders to ship what they have already committed to floods their posts. This is a girls/tween clothing store. This order contains a lot of my daughter's back to school items. I also want to be compensated (replaced with similar item) for items that were in stock but are no longer available due to the prolong shipping process. I have had to wait to long to only end up refunded. This is the WORST experience that I have ever had with a well known company. The order was placed online at ***************.

      I bought both of my children Justice brand tank w/built in bra.Scan number * ********** * I bought two for each of my girls 4 and 7 years old.They both immediately starting complaining about being itchy and feeling burned.We took them off in under one minute and it had already rashed both of my kids. One even **** just being rubbed by it.This item is priced at wlamart for $17 but ON SALE UNLISTEDA FOR $3 Obviously i assume there been a complaint before.I did not return because i do not want them to put it back on the shelves.My daughter was going to wear this to first ever cheer tryouts, it resulted in her not having anything to wear and not preforming as well due to still being uncomfortable after having it on.

      I ordered girl clothing from this store on July 15th 2023. They took my money but they didn't ship the clothing. First off never seen a company take your money and not ship the goods before the transaction is always pending on my credit card account until its shipped. I 've called every week to find out where my stuff is they give me the run around. I get an email said my stuff will be here 3 weeks from my purchase date well its passed that now and still haven't got my clothing yet. I told them on the phone that I needed this before school started they said it would be here by then and its not school started on the August 17th. They lied. My order is still saying unfilled. I live in **** and the clothing I got was summer stuff well it is going to be winter before I get this stuff. **** has up and down weather. My grand daughter isn't going to be able to wear it and it will be outdated stuff. Due to massive **************** that is why they are behind they said. That isn't my fault or any other customers fault who ordered. Very unorganized company. Should of never had these sales. I had to go buy more expensive somewhere else and more money because I didn't get my stuff. This is a inconvenience on my granddaughter and myself.
