I ordered a custom jacket and when it arrived the measurements were off and it had some kind of white marks all over it. I'm sure they sent a used small rather than custom making me a jacket. I asked for a replacement and was willing to ship it back, but after agreeing to a free replacement they sent me an invoice for $70 and when I complained I was told it was for shipping. Since their shipping took so long last time, I can imagine they are using expensive shipping means, certainly not $70 worth. All around very sketchy business practices.Review from Yasin S

I just got the Black Bomber Leather Jacket from NYC Leather Jackets and it's awesome! It looks great and feels really comfortable. Plus, their customer support was really helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend!

I ordered from this company 2 weeks ago. The item came and it's nothing like the photo. The person i spoke to on the phone prior to my order arriving went ghost once the 200 left my bank account. These people really need to be investigated. I have yet to get a response about my refund. The address was somewhere in long island, phone number 917 and pay pal was to *****************. Horrible. Under no situation buy from here. Item pictured was nothing like item received. Sent it back for refund and then they tell me I sent it to the warehouse and not back to India so will not refund money. Disgraceful .Review from John L

Ive received a jacked from *****, the receipt was in ****** currency, much less then they charged from my credit card. The jacket was different design from the picture I saw on their website. It was much longer then on the pic, the material wasnt so shiny, the style was different. When I want to return it they said they cant accept it because they sold a lot of such jackets and never had an any issue. Ive checked the date about their website its located in different country, and they deleted several reviews. I think I was scammed and I will go further. Its scam.
