Sent them a government document in July. 8 weeks according to their own website. 10 weeks later they told me that unfortunately they had submitted the paperwork in August. A few days ago they said that the government had rejected the documentissued by the government itself.Absolute scam.Stay away from this company.

1. They don't do anything other than mail your documents to the appropriate agency. If you do the notary incorrectly, they won't catch it. You're probably better off sending the documents to the government yourself and saving the fees.2. They claim they don't hold documents. I paid for PREMIUM service only to find out that they actually held my documents for 5 days before sending them to the State.3. They're selling is false security. You get the impression that someone there is actually helping you navigate the government bureaucracy, but the truth is they're just an expensive mail forwarding service.

SCAM. Took our money to expedite apostille my daughters passport. Then told us that it would take longer than the promised time (2-3 days). Three and a half weeks later (after daily calls from **), they called and said the Secretary of State had denied it because the notarys signature didnt match the one on record. I asked to see the letter and they sent a false form from the *************************** which isnt even the department that does apostilles. Total scam. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They provide completely false timelines. I needed to get a couple of ********** documents apostillised, so I sent them to the *********** office. They were delivered on May 11th. According to the ********** page (*********************************************************************************) these should take 5 to 7 business days. As I needed them to be completed by month end, this should have been fine. After having received no information by business day 8, I looked deeper into the web site and found that ********** actually had a processing time of 7-9 business days. (**************************************************************************************). If that had been true, my documents should have been done by the 23rd. Knowing with shipping time, if they were done on business day 10 or 11, I might not get them in time, I had to pay for and send them an overnight label. I'm now on business day 12 and have a property sale in ****** that was scheduled to close on May 31st that *** get canceled due to this company not even getting close to their published timelines. When I contacted their customer service on May 26th, all I got from them was "It should be done next week."

The company did not offer even the bare minimum requirements of customer service. They sent threatening emails as well as threatening phone calls. They did not provide the service ordered and the ** **************** confirmed they had not sent in the documents they claimed to have sent. Avoid this company at all costs. I had to file fraud charges against the company.

Best apostille service I've ever used. I was getting the run around by trying to do it myself. In fact the state even gave me the wrong information and told me to notarize my federal background check. Well, the Spanish Consulate rejected my file. Thankfully I got of hold of **** at USA apostille and these guys are the best. The processing time is crazy long but they were straight forward with me and their fee is reasonable. These guys even gave me so good advise with the Spanish Consulate and it worked like a charm.

Best apostille service Ive every used. It was completed and shipped out internationally. It took a bit longer but I understand the delays. ***** communicated with me and kept me posted throughout the process and made sure they had the right address to send to. The service saved me a lot of time and I didn't have to worry about doing it myself.
