      I joined Playground Sessions in 2020 during covid. My kids used it for maybe 1-3 months **** Since then, I have not gotten one email that I was still being charged. The original card that I used expired in 2021, so I didn't think that I was still a member. When I logged into my account, (pic attached) it showed that I was not a member. There was also no place on the home page that reflected that I was paying. The was no "unsubscribe" or "cancel" option, again leading me to believe that I was not a member or being charged. I got an email this month that said my card was declined (because it was lost and I got a new card.) I did not figure it out until I actually clicked into my Purchase History and to my surprise, I have been charged since 2020. I NEVER got an email that would lead me to believe that I was paying for this service. Even when I figured out that I was being charged, there was no way to cancel it. I Googled instruction on how to cancel it and still couldn't figure it out. I had to email support to cancel it. The entire process is bad business and seems as thought Playground Session didn't want me to realize that I was being charged.

      I purchased a life subscription to this piano training software. I asked them to reset the progress on my account which I think I should be entitled to since its my life account due to illness. They refused and said they wouldn't do it and won't give me an explanation. When I threatened them with legal action they said they would do it but I had to set up a new account and wouldn't be charged. When I tried this the system wanted my credit card details and since I don't want charging again I contacted them to tell them this problem and now they have just totally blanked me and won't respond.
