On 11/17/233 I ordered 3 pairs of slippers through Steals and Deals on the Today Show. On 12/4/23 I received a package that contained only 1 pair of slippers even though the label indicated 3 pairs were inside. The package came from ************** and when I called them I was told that the slippers came from Lemon Collections and they would email them about my issue. I was told there is not a phone number to reach them. I also emailed lemon collection about the issue on 12/4. I also emailed them again on 12/7 and 12/11 and have not received anything back from them. On 12/6, I called the Today Shops who also said everything had to be done by email. They emailed the Today Shops requesting help in the matter and havent anything from them either. I have contacted the credit card company and began a request to cancel the payment.
