      I signed up for PINCHme to get free samples and I couldn't/cant opt out of receiving them. I have received a TON of magazine that I do not want. I need to get my subscriptions all canceled that I was sneakily signed up for and get put on the do not mail list. It is outrageous to me that they get allowed with wasting so much paper doing this.

      I subscribed to their service where it takes coins to get the free products delivered & you have to reach ************************************************************ order to get to 600, I've taken multiple surveys that take up to 45 min asking very personal ********************** on various items like politics &fashion etc.. there is a qualifying questionnaire that establishes whether or not you qualify for the survey and I habe "qualified" for 5 so far out of 9 or 10. When you qualify the survey says you do & brings you to a survey where it takes a substantial amount of time. each time when I am to be routed to get the coins they promise me so I can get to the 600 it has either said "we're sorry you didn't qualify" (but I did and it took my time & asked over 50 questions) and I didn't receive my coins.That happened several ********* have reached out to support. they say they will "tell tech support" but then it happens on EVERY Single one.Some of the time it will say "internal server error" and then not give the coins because you can't go back to the site and that must be how it confirms you completed it. I have been given one surveys coins from their help but I am still not whole and am owed at least 500 coins so far from surveys. It takes a lot of time to do them and I should get what I was promised and so should everyone else. Pinchme is getting the benefit of the survey being completed so they need to provide the promised coins for doing them. It has happened every single time I have done a survey. And it is too often to he a glitch. **************** has a prefilled email that always comes from "******" and she gives 25 coins when you complain,which is never even close to what you were sps'd to get. I am not accepting the 25 coins for all the time it takes me to complete these the personal info I have to give up on them.If I qualify I should get what's promised&I did qualify.when qualified still getting "sorry you didn't qualify" submitted proof of all.

      PINCHME has been sending me magazine subscriptions that I have been wanting to cancel for awhile. They have not contacted me as much as I have emailed them and they might be selling my information to other magazine retailers that I have not signed up for. I started receiving these magazines a few years ago, but I have been getting a lot coming to my house, so I wanted to stop. That's why I tried to contacted them. I also have three accounts associated with PiNCHME, ******************** and *********************** and ********************* I want all of the magazine subscriptions terminated and a refund.

      Hello, last month I attempted to use pinchme to test products. Apparently I didn't "opt out" of magazine subscription on one of the webpages. Now I'm receiving magazines in the mail that I do not wish to receive. I've requested help from pinchme to cancel, but they only provided links to two magazine companies to cancel. I've attempted to cancel with these links and pending confirmation. However, I wanted to file a complaint as this is not good business and I'm still not sure if it has been resolved. If they call sign me up for the subscription, why can't they also cancel it.

      I went on the Pinchme site on 1/31/24 to learn how to earn money reviewing products and was immediately sent free issue of Elle magazine without ever choosing it from a website called *****. I do not want to be charged for issues or memberships I have no control over. I received a fradulant order confirmation. Please help me to remove this "free subscription" so I am not charged at a later date, and stop this company from sharing my email with others. Thank you for your help.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by PINCHme Group, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********. And I have been emailed another issue of Elle magazine. I personally unsubscribed to their emails because I was receiving so many. I would like written verification that the subscription is cancelled so I do not have to worry about being charged at a later date and confirmation I have been removed form all mailing lists as I am receiving lots of spammy new emails.       This company is absolutely horrendous to work with. It takes an insane amount of time for a customer service representative (if that's what you want to call them) to answer and when they do, they send you the same copy and pasted email that they send everyone, not helping whatsoever. I have ordered 4 boxes in the past 5 months and have gotten nothing. Not a single product. Not a message explaining why I haven't gotten anything. Nope. They just ignore the problem and keep selling peoples information for money, so THEY profit and we get NOTHING in return. Nice. They owe me over $20 for doing their stupid "earn cash" promotions and when I reach out to them to ask about it they basically tell me that it's none of their business. DO NOT USE PINCH ME. An insane amount of the ladies I talk to on ******** have stopped using PinchMe because they are sick and tired of them and I am as well. Don't even make an account. It is not worth your time or energy. I promise you.

      I am an avid user of this website and have received several items to test and review. In my order history it shows all items that have been tested and reviewed, although ironically every single gift card that is showing as being received has not been reviewed by me. This due to never receiving any of them. I have sent numerous emails to this company inquiring about this situation, which they had replied about half the time. One of which hac the order number for one of the missing gift cards, which I have verified with a screenshot that this number, upon inputting it into my Amazon order history, came up to not ever be an order number in my Amazon history. I also more recently replied to their email with an actual screen recording of myself inputting this order number for this gift card never received into my Amazon account so I could further prove this was not received. I am missing several gift cards from this website that were never obtained or used. They have not sent me any of the information for any of the other cards not received but only just this Amazon one. They claim it was verified as sent to my email address but have not verified it was actually redeemed. It was never redeemed obviously, yet they refuse to send me these cards I have not received. It has been many, many months since I have been trying to get this resolved and am unable to do so on my own, as well as this being very difficult due to only receiving responses half the time or less upon my reaching out to inquire about these cards.

Although this came after waiting for several months to receive the reply they sent me. Which did not resolve anything but clarified my never receiving my rewards I had obtained. I am still continuing to miss several gift cards with funds never used or received. 

      I also continue to have problems with their website not working correctly it appears. Upon successfully signing up for a paid offer in order to receive a bonus prize, the page never does show this. I have addressed these concerns yet again with this business but continue to go without a response.

      I have seen numerous complaints similar to mine but i figure ill add to it. Pinchme sends me emails about downloading games testing them out for a week and will get a gift card for my time. At first it worked. Now they are just scamming me. Recently, i got 2 emails offering 10$ amazon gift cards for each game (20$ total) i did my part and they never sent the surveys. One thing in life we can never get back is time..I have wasted my time playing these games, being promised something and then they dont hold up their end. Im tired of them taking advantage of me and others so they can get free traffic for who i assume are their "sponsers".
