I ordered some items from Wagwear and never received my purchase. I contacted them re my issue and they assured me that I would be receiving my items the next day. This went on for six weeks telling me each time that they will resolve my problem and that I would receive my items the next day. I even requested a refund at this point and they ignored my request and again assured me that my items are in transit and I would be receiving my items the following day. I havent received anything to this day.Business response

I have taken a look at the history of your orders and correspondence with our team, including myself, and I see what a frustrating experience you have been having so far.
First, I'd like to apologize for your experience. This isn't the kind of experience we want our customers to have.
I have refunded your last order and we are providing you with another complimentary replacement order. We hope it arrives and meets your expectations. If not please let us know.
We have just made some rather large changes in the **************** side of the company and we are using your case to analyze where things need to be changed and improved.
