Date of Transaction: 05/03/22 Returned in July 2022 due to frame starting to break a part Amount Paid: $740.35 This business committed to providing me a frame that would protect my artwork worth $2000. They even went as far as to upsell me Museum Glass because they knew my goal of protecting the work. The frame they sold me started to break apart. I took it back to them for a repair, and they gave it back to me with damaged corners and scratched glass.When I called the store in October 2022 to ask how my artwork was mounted (temporarily or permanently) to confirm that the paper of my was not permanently damaged, I was disrespected by the staff and treated very rudely. The store attendant first said he didnt remember the piece, even though I reminded him of the issue I faced, he then asked if I spoke English and called me a problem customer and hung up the phone in my face. I emailed the owner, ****** twice, asking for an answer to my question and regarding how the staff treated me, but he has been ignoring my emails. He has not responded or tried to resolve the problem.The number of the order on the invoice: *****. If my art has been damaged due to the way this store does business, they owe me for the damages since they promised protection. They present themselves as professional framers, but are lying to customers. Their products are damaged, they were unable to deliver the product I paid for, mistreated me as a customer, and possibly damaged my art.
