This person is a realtor working under Compass Realty. After going back and forth I decided that I was not comfortable with moving forward in the process with him. He told me that I would receive a refund but the next day he has ignored my messages and I am unable to reach him. I tried reaching out to the person who I sent the money to but they have also not responded.

I invested about $9k of my commission check into the Compass agent equity program, and Compass decided to take all my contributions without telling me. When I asked Compass about it, they ignored my inquiries. Until recently, when I contacted my old manager, he forced them to respond. I asked for the paperwork for my departure, and they ignored my request. I did not sign any paperwork when they claimed I left the company. However, they still took all my retirement contributions.

******************************************* and ***************************************** I purchased a house at the beginning of May, per the inspection (we) (******************************* and myself came to an agreement on what would be fixed before buying the home. Come to find out the the receipts that were provided for work completed were actually made by ******************************************* and some of the work listed was in fact not done. Also, come to find out, there was a water leak that had been going on for over six months, but not disclosed or repaired before selling. I have reached out to him directly and can provide the response from him, but basically he said he was not willing to assist. The plumber that he had do some of the work advised that he told them just to put a bandaid on it and not spend any more than what would be necessary for the moment.
