I ordered a new pair of shoes. The company sent a damaged pair of shoes and refused to replace or refund stating that it was a final sale. *** NEVER had a company send a damaged product and refuse to correct their mistake.

Date of the Transaction: 1/19/23 Tracking Number #: ********************** I have contacted ***************** multiple times regarding my shipment and I have not received any insight into the delay of my package. The estimated delivery of my package has been pushed back four times with no end in sight and very little assistance in following up on this order. I paid $137.61 for the item and it is related to a time-sensitive event so this delay in delivery is particularly frustrating. Ultimately, I would like to receive my item in a timely fashion because this delay in delivery is nothing short of concerning.Customer response

Bought shoes for Christmas 4/21/21. Didnt fit and didnt wear. Mailed back1/14/22 due to snow. Saw on website that they could sell them faster.No return money and hadnt mailed back shoes. Called 3 times- I asked to send back if out of 30 days return notice or let me order something right now since I know you received them 1/18/22.Either make me a payment of the *****( 6 taken off for shipping) or let me order up to the ***** or send my shoes back and I will sell them in a consignment saleCustomer response

I placed an order March 20. I inquired on March 24 on the status of the order and asked to escalate to a supervisor and was and was refused. Finally, I was escalated and spoke to a supervisor named *****. He assured me the order would ship the following day. It wasnt. Called back and ISR refused to escalate to a supervisor. Called back. Spoke with ***** again. He advised order was frozen and I would have to wait an additional 5 days. I asked him to contact me back after he checked with the warehouse. He refused. I then asked to cancel the order. He advised the only way to get my money back was to let the shoes ship and then return. How can I return something I dont have? My card was hit twice for the charge. One has been removed. I need either the shoes or my money. The order number is *********
