Our project was officially in their hands & paid for since 6/23/22 at the cost of $1,400. I had submitted the documents on 6/24 to the shared folder they sent me. I also gave you them an emailed "go ahead" after I followed up asking for updates on 7/12. It had been 6 weeks since I gave them that information, 8 weeks since we've paid, signed on, & uploaded documentation. We had minimal communication from them on the progress after payment, though I asked for updates several times. After they went no contact on 8/17/22, we requested a full refund ASAP. We have not heard back from them to date, & we have nothing to show for the money paid.For your reference, once signed on, I received this timeline:"Customer Experience Steps: Here are the steps of how we will be communicating with you: PLEASE READ Step 1: Upload your design directions to the link above Step 2: Your PLM will email you your Design Sheet in 3-5 business days Step 3: Put your changes in the Client Notes section of the Design Sheet, if it is approved state that it is approved. (3-5 businesses days) Step 4: If it is approved you will get your Sample Production Sheet. Let your PLM know if it is approved and you will sign off. (3-5 business days) Step 5: Once you sign off it will be a 6 week lead time for your samples and patterns, fabric sourcing. Step 6: Project Manager will request a label from you that you can order on any shipper of your choice and email us the *** of the label so we can mail you your fit samples and fabric options. Step 7: Correction Sheet; Once you have the TOP Samples you will do a fitting and upload your pictures from the Fitting to your Correction Sheet for corrections to the patterns. I entered into a contract with this company in July 2021 to produce 300 rompers for me with delivery date of December 2021. Upon multiple delays they have now become unresponsive and I am now seeing reviews by googling them that they are defrauding other individuals. I paid a $5100 amount to them and have gotten nothing that was supposed to be delivered per the signed contract. I would like my items sent immediately or a full refund as this has now effected my business tremendously but also want to protect other people.Customer response
