I had a subscription with this company and it looks like they went out of business, but are still charging monthly even though they are not shipping any goods. Their website is down so you can't cancel and they do not respond to emails....they also don't have a phone number to call. There is no way to cancel and even though they aren't delivering goods they are still charging.Customer response

I sent an email asking if they could cancel my order and my subscription for their product. No response. I send another email 3 days later, no response. Over a week of sending emails and I get zero responses and a product I never wanted. I go on their ******** page and everyone is complaining about their subscriptions and how to cancel them. So you have to create an account with them and pray their website doesn't break and then cancel the subscription but that doesn't cancel the order they already charged you for. I want a refund for the order they couldn't be bothered to cancel but definitely had the time to charge me for.Customer response
