In September of 2022 we signed up to do a backpacking trip with Highlander *** ********. We had a a family emergency we had to tend to in *******. The company said they could not give ** a refund, but they could give ** credit for a future event. I recently tried to use my credit to sign up for another event they are hosting, but now they refuse to give me a refund or any sort of credit. This is a waste of my money and they a wrong for this. I asked for a refund, but they said there is nothing they can do about it.Customer response
