***************** is a joke. My wife tried to order a shirt for my birthday. She selected XL which glitched at the last second while ordering it and moved it to Small. She tried immediately to contact customer service to cancel the order. But the order was already being processed. We would need to receive the shirt then complain. I have been working with a customer service rep who had told me there are no refunds on the shirts. All I want is an exchange! After repeatedly explaining it was History Store's mistake and asking for a supervisor, the best I can get is if I want the correct size, order another shirt. In other words, eat the first shirt cost. They are unwilling to amend their mistake at all. This place gives an otherwise good network, a very bad name.Review from bill w

Billed a 2nd time for same year of streaming subscription I had already paid for. ** stated they wouldn't **** me a 2nd time for the same year subscription, 1 month later, they charged my credit card a second time for the same year. Do not use your primary credit card when dealing with ** and any of their streaming services. These types of overcharges are common enough with their service. Performing any search engine query for "(fill in the ** streaming service name you are subscribing to) + overpay/double charge/overcharged/charged a 2nd time" and you'll find enough results to be concerning.Review from Frank G

The History Store makes people download an app to be able to track their package. This is a shipping inconvenience for myself (the consumer). And when I messaged The History Store about this issue, they ignored me. In all my online purchasing past, The History Store is the only company that forces customers download such a foolish app. It's unfortunate that you are such a company that would rather make people read fine print than just attach a simple shipping link to the 'order shipped' e-mail that you are already sending out. What is funny to me is that, you the large company would rather play the role of the victim than to own your flaws and simply apologize to the consumer for their forced inconvenience that you put them through, as well as initially ignoring them. I will not be ordering History Channel merchandise again.
